With this tour I intend to retrace the entire history of my wonderful country. We will visit the most famous cities (Rome, Venice etc) but also the lesser known but no less beautiful south of Italy. We meet at the main Station in Rome and we will visit Rome, Florence, Pisa, Venice, Amalfi coast, Calabria and Sicily.

I have been a tour leader for 15 years now. I love history, Italy and meeting new people. With this tour I can combine my passions! I will show you breathtaking places and together we will have a lot of fun. It will be like making new friends on vacation.

The type of accommodation varies according to the city we visit but will always be of a medium-high category. You can choose between shared or single room. Each room has a private bathroom. Most of the accommodations have breakfast included and all of them are in the real centre of each city do even during freetime you can move without problems. Any questions about the trip? Rome

Day 1-3

The first day we meet at 3 pm at a meeting point in the centre of the city. We have a welcome Aperitivo, we meet each other and I show you the accommodation and the plan for the week. In Rome I will show the main monuments and attractions. We will visit the Colosseum, Piazza di Spagna, Piazza Navona, Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, the Vatican. In Rome the guide will show the main monuments and attractions. We will visit the Colosseum, Piazza di Spagna, Piazza Navona, Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, the Vatican. During the day you will also have free time to explore what you like best, relax and go shopping.

Florence

Day 3-4

In Florence I will show the historic center and the main attractions. You will walk through the typical leather market and admire the view from Piazzale Michelangelo. During the day you will also have free time to explore what you like best, relax and go shopping.

Venice

Day 4-5

Venice is a unique city in the world. Built entirely on water. We will move by boats and gondolas, we will visit the historic center which is an open-air museum. Using the Grand Canal it will be possible to admire the most famous points of the city and we will discover how people manage to live a normal life in such a strange city.

Naples

Day 5-6

Naples is a city with a complex history. Its monuments and characteristic alleys are witnesses of this. The city is famous not only for its history but for the sea and food. Get ready for breathtaking views.

Calabria

Day 6-8

Calabria was one of the colonies of Magna Graecia. Here archaeological findings alternate with incredible landscapes. You will visit incredible places both historically and naturally. In fact, in this region there are both mountains and beaches, making it possible to do a large number of activities.

Rome

Day 8

We go back to Rome. The tour will end in the same place where it starts. When you book you can share your arrival and departure details to be sure I plan everything according with your flights/trains.
