Hello everyone, my name is Inti and I was raised between Italy and London. I love traveling because I enjoy seeing new landscapes and learning about other people's cultures. On this 4 night and 5-day trip, the sun-kissed south are the star attractions on this mesmerising southern Italy trip along the Amalfi Coast. We will visit Capri, Positano and Naples, Taste local wine and seafood and get lost in the medieval cobbled streets of Ravello. This is one of those bellissimo Italy trips that would seduce even the sirens of Capri. We will explore the glamour of Capri on a walking tour that will include views of the marina. Venture to the heart of the island and the legendary piazzetta, where the locals come to people-watch. Explore the rugged coastline and hidden grottos by boat. Because Sorrento and Amalfi are more than an hour away from Naples Airport, I thought it would be better to stay in Naples for the first night, so we can all go together to the Amalfi coast. We'll be staying in an apartment in a small town 25 minutes to the town of Sorrento where you'll share a same sex room. Max 3 people per room. For a little extra, you can have your private room. What is included: - Accommodation in shared room - Train and bus - Ferry to Capri, Ferry to Positano - Insurance if you're from Germany or Austria What is not included - Food and drinks. Dinner is between 20 and 40 depending on what you get - for lunch you can either bring a sandwich or something we'll buy at the bakery or you can go to a restaurant. I will be eating sandwiches at the beach Airport transfer, it can either be a taxi 20 euro or a bus 5 euro I made the trip last 4 nights and 5 days but if you want to leave 1 day earlier, you can and you would pay less.
This trip is for relaxed people who don't need a minute by minute schedule. To get between places we will use trains and ferries. Keep in mind there will be travelling between places A very important thing to keep in mind is traveling time between places. The day tours are far away so if traveling by train and bus is an issue this is not the right trip. Everyday we will visit one place and it takes more than an hour to get there. The journey is beautiful Naples airport 20 minutes by bus to Naples Sorrento 1 hour by train from Naples Positano 25 minutes by train plus 45 minutes by bus to get there. The roads are windy so if you have any motion sickness Capri 25minutes by train plus 25 minutes by ferry
First night will be in Naples, we will stay in an airbnb where you’ll share a room with another person. The next 3 nights will be in Sorrento. There will be a kitchen, living room and the apartment will have a/c. The flat is basic but clean and new. I can send photos. We won't be staying long inside and just use it to sleep and have breakfast. Please bring enough clothes for the whole trip as usually there is no washing machine in the flat.

Trip Itinerary

Naples
Day 1-2
The closest airport is Naples airport, which is only 5km from Naples and we would stay in the centre of the city and explore the city of Naples with the Vesuvio volcano. Depending on what time you arrive, we will walk down the streets of Spaccanapoli where you can admire the beauty of its buildings and old churches in different architectural styles. Visit the city's picturesque streets and the famous Cappella San Severo where the Veiled Christ is housed. Pizza was born in Naples and in the evening we will go to a pizza restaurant. The trip will start in Naples, this is where everyone will arrive by plane. The Meetup point will be an airbnb walking distance from the train station. From the airport you can either get a taxi or shuttle bus. The first night will be in Naples which is such a vibrant bustling city. Once everyone arrives we will take a tram up to the castle where we can see views of the Vesuvio volcano and have an aperitivo.

Castellammare di Stabia
Day 2-5
In the morning we will take the train to Castellamare di Stabia (1 hour) and change apartment. We will stay here for 3 nights. We are staying in this town as it is too expensive to stay in Sorrento town but we are literally 22 minutes away by train. Once we leave our things we will go to Sorrento, walk around the town, go to the beach and have dinner

Capri
Day 5
On Sunday morning, we'll take the ferry to Capri which is about 50 minutes including train ride. Here we'll experience the spectacular cliffs and famous turquoise waters of Capri, view the beautiful grottoes and unique coastline before ascending to Capri town. We'll see the Villa San Michele and the Anacapri chairlift. In Capri we will take a bus which will take us to the other side of the island where there is a free beach. All the beaches are private in Capri. The rest of the day will be at the beach. For food you can either bring a picnic with you or have lunch in a Capri restaurant

Positano
Day 5
We will explore the famous Amalfi Coast. You’ll have a chance to visit the exclusive artists’ paradise of Positano, which is magnificently positioned on the Mediterranean coast. In Positano after walking around the town you can either relax on the beach or come with me on a short hike. We'll be returning in the evening to Castellamare

Pompei
Day 5
The last day will be dedicated to leaving but there is the optional visit to Pompei. I will take you to the gates but will not go in as I have been so many times. I will wait outside at a cafe and when you have finished we will take the train to Naples together. The entrance will not be included as the fee is 2 euro if you are under 25 and 18euro if you are over 25
