On this 4 night and 5-day trip, the sun-kissed south are the star attractions on this mesmerising southern Italy trip along the Amalfi Coast. We will visit Capri, Positano, Pompei, Naples, Maiori and Minori. Taste local wine and seafood and get lost in the medieval cobbled streets of Ravanello. This is one of those bellissimo Italy trips that would seduce even the sirens of Capri. We will explore the glamour of Capri on a walking tour that will include views of the marina. Venture to the heart of the island and the legendary piazzetta, where the locals come to people-watch. Explore the rugged coastline and stunning beaches. On the first night we'll stay in Naples which is close to the airport. I will be staying in Pompei which is 35 minutes by train from Naples and 45 minutes to Sorrento We'll be staying in an apartment where you'll share a same sex room. Max 3 people per room. For a little extra, you can have your private room. What is included: - Accommodation in shared room - Train and bus - Ferry to Capri - Insurance if you're from Germany or Austria What is not included - Food and drinks I made the trip last 4 nights and 5 days from Friday to Tuesday but if you want to leave 1 day earlier, you can and you would be pay less. Also there's the option to have your own private room for an extra cost (50 per night)

Trip Itinerary

Naples
Day 1-2
You will arrive at Naples airport, and the meeting point will be an airbnb which is walking distance from the train station, you can get a direct bus from Naples airport to the centre. The airport is only 5km from Naples and we would stay in the centre of the city which is very safe and explore the city of Naples with the Vesuvio volcano. Depending on what time you arrive, we will walk down the streets of Spaccanapoli where you can admire the beauty of its buildings and old churches in different architectural styles. Visit the city's picturesque streets and the famous Cappella San Severo where the Veiled Christ is housed. Pizza was born in Naples and in the evening we will go to a pizza restaurant.

Sorrento
Day 2-3
In the morning we will take the train to Sorrento (50 minutes) and change apartment. We'll leave our luggage in the apartment and explore Sorrento and then go to the beach. In the evening we will have dinner in a seafood restaurant

Positano
Day 3-4
We will explore the famous Amalfi Coast. You’ll have a chance to visit the exclusive artists’ paradise of Positano, which is magnificently positioned on the Mediterranean coast. the day will start with a 10 minute bus ride followed by a 35 minute train ride to Sorrento where we will walk around and get a gelato. Then we'll take a 40 minute bus ride on the coast to Positano

Capri
Day 4-5
We'll take the ferry to Capri from Sorrento. Here we'll experience the spectacular cliffs and famous turquoise waters of Capri, view the beautiful grottoes and unique coastline before ascending to Capri town. We'll see the Villa San Michele and the Anacapri chairlift 20 minute ferry ride plus lots of walking in Capri

Pompei
Day 5-6
The ancient city of Pompeii, which remains frozen in time since it was covered in ash during the eruption of Mount Vesuvius centuries ago. Here I will share insights into the city's tragic history. After Pompei we will go to back to Sorrento for dinner

Naples
Day 6
Last day is dedicated to going back to Naples, I suggest you visit the island of Ischia and stay there a few nights. If your plane is late in the evening we can drop our bags in Naples and go to museums or stay at the beach in Sorrento another day
