(𝟭𝟮.𝟬𝟰.𝟮𝟱 🇩🇰) On the first day, we all meet in Copenhagen, where the journey begins. After getting to know each other and exploring the charming Danish capital together, we spend the first night there before the adventure continues the next morning.

(𝟭𝟯.𝟬𝟰.𝟮𝟱 🇩🇰) The next day, we set off for Hirtshals, a distance of around 330 kilometers. We cross the impressive Storebælt Bridge, which connects the Danish islands of Zealand and Funen, and enjoy the sweeping views before arriving in Hirtshals, where the ferry is waiting for us to begin our Nordic adventure on the high seas.

(𝟭𝟯.𝟬𝟰.𝟮𝟱-𝟭𝟲.𝟬𝟰.𝟮𝟱 🇩🇰) Once we arrive at the ferry, we load our car and check into our cozy cabins, which will be our home for the next two days. The ship offers a wide range of amenities: A cinema for entertaining evenings, a shopping center for strolling, various restaurants for culinary delights, whirlpools and a pool for relaxation, and room service for the ultimate in comfort. This is how our Nordic adventure begins to the fullest - both at sea and on board.

(𝟭𝟱.𝟬𝟰.𝟮𝟱 🇫🇴) Once we arrive at the Faroe Islands, we make a 6-hour stopover. This gives us the opportunity to explore the fascinating landscape and charming towns of the archipelago before continuing our journey.

(𝟭𝟱.𝟬𝟰.𝟮𝟱 🇫🇴) After our stop on the Faroe Islands, we continue our journey and spend another night on the ship before arriving in the port of Iceland the next morning. This is where our adventure on the impressive volcanic island begins.

(𝟭𝟲.𝟬𝟰.𝟮𝟱 🇮🇸) Arriving at the port of Iceland, we leave the ship and immerse ourselves in the exciting adventure that awaits us on this impressive volcanic island. We pick up our luggage and our car and begin to explore the fascinating landscapes and unique natural wonders of Iceland. From glowing volcanoes and geothermal springs to majestic waterfalls and endless lava fields, Iceland has countless experiences and adventures in store for us.

(𝟭𝟲.𝟬𝟰.𝟮𝟱 🇮🇸) In Husavík, a picturesque town on the north coast of Iceland, we have the opportunity to take part in an unforgettable whale watching tour. This region is known for its excellent whale watching conditions, and the waters around Husavík are home to numerous whale species, including humpback whales and orcas. As we glide through the crystal clear waters, we are treated to awe-inspiring views of these majestic creatures in their natural habitat. The experience of observing the giant marine mammals in the wild will certainly be a highlight of our Icelandic adventure.

(𝟭𝟲.𝟬𝟰.𝟮𝟱-𝟭𝟳.𝟬𝟰.𝟮𝟱 🇮🇸) In Brúnastaðir, we spend the night in a beautiful wooden house right on the coast with breathtaking views of the sea. After an eventful day, we can relax in the hot tub and enjoy the picturesque surroundings while watching the sun set over the water. This accommodation promises not only comfort, but also a perfect opportunity to experience the tranquil beauty of the Icelandic landscape.

(𝟭𝟳.𝟬𝟰.𝟮𝟱 🇮🇸) After our overnight stay in Brúnastðir, we make our way to Ísafjörður, where a long hike awaits us. Ísafjörður, surrounded by impressive fjords and majestic mountains, provides the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable hiking adventure. Here we will explore the spectacular scenery and enjoy the fresh, clear air of the Icelandic wilderness.

(𝟭𝟳.𝟬𝟰.𝟮𝟱-𝟭𝟴.𝟬𝟰.𝟮𝟱 🇮🇸) Our next overnight stop is in Pálshús. After an eventful day of exploring and hiking, we will take a well-earned break in this charming village. Here we can relax, enjoy the tranquil surroundings and prepare for the adventures ahead.

(𝟭𝟴.𝟬𝟰.𝟮𝟱 🇮🇸) Now we make our way to Snæfellsjökull National Park, first taking a ferry. After the crossing, we continue our journey and begin an exciting hike in the national park. The park, famous for the majestic Snæfellsjökull glacier, offers spectacular landscapes, from lava-covered fields to impressive coastal cliffs. During our hike, we can explore the diverse flora and fauna and enjoy the breathtaking views of untouched nature.

(𝟭𝟴.𝟬𝟰.𝟮𝟱-𝟮𝟭.𝟬𝟰.𝟮𝟱 🇮🇸) We then make our way to the capital of Iceland, Reykjavik. We will spend three days there in a centrally located apartment. During our stay, we will have the opportunity to explore the city's cultural and historical sights, enjoy local delicacies and experience the vibrant city life. We will especially enjoy Reykjavik's nightlife to the fullest, with its lively bars, clubs and unique events that bring the city to life after dark.

(𝟮𝟬.𝟬𝟰.𝟮𝟱 🇮🇸) During the weekend, we visit the famous Blue Lagoon. There we can relax in the warm, mineral-rich waters and enjoy the unique atmosphere of the geothermal spa. Surrounded by volcanic landscapes and steaming springs, the Blue Lagoon is the perfect place to relax and experience the impressive nature of Iceland - especially at night, when the volcanoes in the distance provide a mystical illumination. On this day, we also go on an exciting lava hike through the impressive lava fields. Here we can experience the raw power of the earth up close and marvel at the fascinating, often bizarre shapes of the cooled lava. A real highlight for adventure seekers and nature lovers!

(𝟮𝟭.𝟬𝟰.𝟮𝟱 🇮🇸) After our stay in Reykjavik, we set off on the famous Golden Circle, one of Iceland's best-known tourist destinations. This circular route takes us to the following impressive sights: Þingvellir National Park - A historically and geologically significant site, known for its spectacular scenery and historical significance as the site of the Icelandic Parliament. Geysir - The geothermal area that gave its name to the famous Strokkur geyser, which regularly ejects impressive columns of water into the air. Gullfoss - A majestic waterfall that cascades in two stages into a deeply carved gorge and offers impressive views. In addition to these highlights, we experience a great snowmobile ride on the glaciers, which offers us exciting adventures and breathtaking views of the icy landscape. To round off our trip, we spend a night in an igloo, where we have the opportunity to marvel at the fascinating Northern Lights. The igloo accommodation offers a unique and cozy way to experience this natural wonder while protecting ourselves from the elements.

(𝟮𝟭.𝟬𝟰.𝟮𝟱 🇮🇸) ONLY OPTIONAL AND AT AN ADDITIONAL COST OF 160 EUROS The snowmobile trip on the Langjökull glacier is a breathtaking adventure that takes us across the impressive ice surface of one of Iceland's largest glaciers. Equipped with special equipment and under the guidance of experienced guides, we experience the fast-paced ride across the eternal ice. The trip not only offers the thrill of snowmobiling, but also spectacular views of the untouched glacier landscape, impressive ice formations and breathtaking panoramas. This adventure on the Langjökull glacier is an unforgettable way to experience the majestic beauty and vastness of the ice up close.

Our igloo, equipped with comfortable beds and a transparent dome, gives us a breathtaking view of the Northern Lights, which light up the sky in fascinating colors. As we relax in the cozy warmth of our igloo, we can enjoy the spectacle of the Aurora Borealis in its full glory. (𝟮𝟮.𝟬𝟰.𝟮𝟱 🇮🇸) The next day, we continue our journey and pass the impressive Skógafoss waterfall on the way to our final destination. The majestic waterfall, which plunges over the cliffs with full force and is often accompanied by a rainbow, provides a breathtaking backdrop and a perfect opportunity for unforgettable photos.

(𝟮𝟮.𝟬𝟰.𝟮𝟱 - 𝟮𝟰.𝟬𝟰.𝟮𝟱 🇮🇸) Once we arrive at Diamond Beach, we spend the last two nights of our trip at a cozy ranch. This accommodation not only offers a comfortable retreat, but also the opportunity to enjoy the idyllic surroundings in peace and quiet. From here, we can admire the fascinating sight of the chunks of ice on the black sand and enjoy the peace and beauty of the Icelandic landscape to the full.

(𝟮𝟯.𝟬𝟰.𝟮𝟱 🇮🇸) The last big tour takes us to Vatnajökull National Park, where we drive to the glacier in a super jeep. Once there, an exciting glacier hike awaits us, during which we explore the impressive icy landscape with special equipment. The majestic glaciers, deep crevasses and glittering ice crystals offer an unparalleled adventure and a breathtaking backdrop that rounds off our stay in Iceland in spectacular fashion.

(𝟮𝟰.𝟬𝟰.𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱🇮🇸) After almost two weeks of adventure, our incredible road trip comes to an end - but you have two options for the return journey: 1️⃣ Return journey with me by ferry - We take the ferry from the port of Seyðisfjörður back to Denmark. - We have to be at the port by 19:00 at the latest (same day), as the ship departs at 20:00. - The itinerary is planned so that we have more than enough time to arrive! - The ferry arrives in Hirtshals (Denmark) on April 27 at around 11:00 am. 2️⃣ Organized transfer to Keflavík airport - In the morning I will drive those who are flying back to Vík, arriving between 08:00 and 08:30. You can store your luggage in lockers at the spa/swimming pool in Vík. - The transfer bus to the airport arrives in Vík at 14:45.
