Basically a nice vacation, wind, sea sun all good. Unfortunately there was no sun protection on deck and some of the ship's displays were not reliable/defective (fresh water display and waste tank display defective). It was definitely an adventure. I would not make the trip again knowing this.

Apart from that, great location, people and boat :-) A small suggestion for improvement would be to add the participants to the Whatsapp group as soon as they have registered. That way you can coordinate your accommodation and trip, as some of us have now traveled the same route separately because we had already booked.

Olbia

Day 1-2

The skipper will do the yacht check-in. You and your TripMates will go shopping on the first day, so please be in port by early afternoon (14-15 hrs). During the week we will cook on board or eat in harbor restaurants, according to your taste. We will get to know each other over dinner together near the harbor and enjoy Sardinian specialties and good wine in anticipation of an exciting week of sailing.

Cala Gavetta

Day 2-3

After a hearty breakfast and a briefing on the boat, we set off on the turquoise Mediterranean. We sail about 3 hours a day, sometimes more, sometimes less. The skipper will teach you the basics of sailing so that everyone can join in, so you can also join us as a sailing beginner. We anchor in the most beautiful bays and dive into the blue water. We tie up the lines in the idyllic Cala Gavetta harbor. We are sheltered here and can enjoy the hustle and bustle of the small harbor town. In the evening, we sit on deck and gaze up at the twinkling starry sky.

Santa Teresa Gallura

Day 3-4

We continue to the natural harbor of St. Teresa, so we are only on the water for a short time today. We can take a day trip ashore. The village of St. Teresa di Gallura sits proudly above the harbor on a small mountain, which you can easily walk up. A harmonious picture, old Italian architecture surrounded by green nature. Take a look at the lively hustle and bustle on the plazas in one of the street cafés and stroll through one or two small stores in search of your first vacation souvenirs.

Bonifacio

Day 4-5

After enjoying some Italian pizza and pasta in the evening, we continue on to Corsica, French winds blowing our hair out of our faces. The lively harbor promenade awaits us in Bonifacio. Small, sometimes steep alleyways allow us to immerse ourselves in the colorful life of the little town. In the evening, we enjoy French specialties together over dinner. Vive la France! In Bonifacio, you can also turn night into day and fall into bed a little later.

Îles Lavezzi

Day 5-6

Two days ashore are enough, and today we head for the secluded bays of the Îles Lavezzi. Swimming fun in the clear Mediterranean, tanning and reading a book on the deck of the yacht or simply letting your mind wander, today is all about relaxation.

Porto-Vecchio

Day 6-7

Today we are heading back to Sardinia, to a place with particularly beautiful, colorful little houses. But before we set sail there, we explore the sailing area of the Corsican natural harbor of Porto Vecchio.

Day 7-8

Before we head back to Olbia and leave the boat, we can practice the butt bomb from the bow together on our last morning together. Do you dare? Once we arrive in Olbia, we eat our last pizza, review the exciting days and bring the exciting vacation to a close.
