I warmly invite you to enjoy with me the outstanding yoga voyage in the beautiful Greek Island Crete! Crete is wild, magical and very rich in history, culture and breathtaking nature! There is lightness floating over the island, you can breathe easily. The sun shines strong and bright in the sky, the wind whispers its stories from ancient times, and some moments seem like déjà vu. The moment you smell the salty sea breeze, the scent of flowers and wild herbs, you already know: "I recognize this place from my dreams!" Well, come along, remember again! ♡ The Hotel Welcome to the beautiful, seafront hotel and bar, where the simplicity is celebrated. Let the sandy beach and the endless blue sea take your breath away. For those who seek the hidden treasure of luxury, contemporary facilities and astonishing sunsets. ♡ Your experience Once you arrive, you will be initiated by me into the new moon cacao and other ceremonies. You will shake through dynamic meditation, dance, breathe, do yoga, enter into silence, solitude and group sharing! You will be creative, meet your inner being in the wishing ritual and BE completely with you! The yoga will free you from all your expectations and self-imposed pressures. You may recognize the practice as your own and accept that it can be sometimes calm and serene, sometimes explosive and demanding. You learn to respect your body wisdom and to feel your inner compass, so that you can invite joy and lightness permanently into your life. Twice a day we'll do yoga & meditation together, guided intuitively by me, and leave plenty of time and space for sharing afterwards!
