Day trip to Pisa

Hello there 👋🏻 Time for a weekend getaway to Florence, because who doesn’t love a city break? If you are a food lover and adventurer, this is 100% the trip for you! Three nights Hostel stay in Florence for the perfect jam-packed city break. We won't just be doing the one city, we are going to spend a day in Pisa too! From amazing food to delicious wines and plenty of sights to see, there is more than enough to do and see on this trip, and I can’t wait to explore it with you! We will of course be taking time to see the infamous Leaning Tower of Pisa. Along with eating delicious Italian food and wondering the quaint cobbled streets of Florence. I am looking for 3 – 5 TripMates (girls/boys) to join me on this one. It is a budget friendly city break for anyone who is open to meeting new people, trying lots of delicious food and exploring all that Florence has to offer. All other activities and travel we can decide on as a group and use split wise while we are on the trip to share out expenses. This means we won't have to stick to a tight schedule and can go with the flow to make sure we all have the best trip!

A bit about me… I am Alannah and will be your TripLeader (Basically I do all the arranging and booking, so you don’t have to!) I love creating new memories and sharing experiences with like-minded people. I am a firm believer that travel is for everyone and absolutely love making new friends. So, what are you waiting for? I have hosted a number of successful trips already and absolutely love a city break. Italy is in my top 5 favourite countries, and I am currently learning the language. This will be my first time to Florence as well, but rest assured I will find the coolest things for us to do and experience together!

I will be aiming to get us a 6 bed private, so we will all be in together! I have decided to choose a hostel because I think it's the best way to find out about what events may be happening around the city while we are there. We will spend 3 nights in Florence and take time to explore the sights, wonder the cobbled streets and hunt for delicious food. Staying in a hostel will allow us to make sure we keep up with all the events happening in Florence while we are there, and we will be sure to see all the quirky spots.

Province of Pisa

Tag 4

A day trip to Pisa is included in this trip. Pisa is only 1hr 30 mins away from Florence, so it would be rude not to take a trip to see the city. We will spend the day wondering the streets and of course getting the ultimate photo with the leaning tower of Pisa.

We will also be doing a wine tasting one of the days to make sure we have the full Italian experience, this is also included in the tour cost. No visit to Florence is complete without a trip to the Tuscan countryside. Alleviate the hassle of public transport or renting a car on a stress-free day trip to the Chianti wine region, a convenient way to escape the city. Travel with ease between two Chianti wineries, and sample local wine and Tuscan specialties, all of which are included in this tour price. If that doesn't get you excited for this, I don't know what will!
