𝐀𝐡𝐨𝐲!⚓ This is 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐚, 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐡𝐨𝐭𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐡𝐞𝐫📸, and 𝐑𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐭, 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐬𝐢𝐱 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬⛵, and traveler since always. For this trip, we have chosen Saronic Gulf, for its amazingly beautiful islands.🏝️ We are lucky to be there on 𝐄𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫🐣, so we can celebrate it in Greek style, with local festivities! The islands on the list are 𝐀𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐚, 𝐏𝐨𝐫𝐨𝐬, 𝐇𝐲𝐝𝐫𝐚, and 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐬𝐞𝐬, with the beautiful port towns: 𝐏𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐨 𝐇𝐞𝐥𝐢 and 𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐚. We will sail from one island to another (2-6 hours by boat), and 𝐰𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐮𝐩 𝐢𝐧 𝐚 𝐝𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐝𝐚𝐲! 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐞: ✔️ 7 nights on the boat* ✔️ Experienced skipper and trip organizer ✔️ Diesel ✔️ Harbor fees 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐝: ✖️ Food&drinks ✖️ Flight tickets and transport to the marina ✖️ Activities on islands Before embarking, we will do the shopping together. The kitchen on the boat is well equipped, so we can cook ourselves. We can also stop at restaurants in harbors. ❗Our trip will be flexible, so we can change plans, however all depending on the wind and the weather. Bonus ⚓: you will leave with some notions about sailing, and you will have the occasion to actively participate in the activities on the boat (of course, if you want to). We met 6 years ago, at the time when Robert was embarking on this sailing journey.🌊 We spent most of our summers at the seaside, both in Romania and Greece. In the past few years, we had been organizing multiple sailing trips in the Mediterranean, and the Black Sea.

*There are 4 cabins on the boat, and each cabin is equipped with one double bed -- recommended to be in couples, or in groups. The space on the boat is limited, and we should use it wisely. The skipper and the organizer will sleep in the skipper's room (separate from the 4 cabins). ** if we do not have enough persons to fill the spots on the boat (8 persons), the price will be shared between the number of people that are already. Alimos Marina

Tag 1-2

Port of Alimos is 1h 30 min by bus/metro from Athen's Airport, cost: aprox 10 euro We will be meeting in Port of Alimos, at around 4-5 p.m. We gather at the boat for the accomodation, and do the shopping in a supermarket nearby. The night will be spent on the boat already, and the next day, in the morning, we start our journey to one of the islands* *it all depends on the wind and weather to which island we will be heading to, however we will try to stick to the plan as much as possible.

Idra

Tag 2-3

First destination on the list is Hydra, the island of donkeys (aprox. 6 h away). Fun fact: motorcycles or other vechicles are forbidden on the island, and the only means of transport is by donkey. Visitors can also ride donkies from the port around the island. Or we can just chill at the beach. You choose. For dinner we recommend Sunset Restaurant for an amazing sunset view.

Spetses

Tag 3-4

Next destination is Spetses (2 - 3 h away), an island known for its elegant mansions, and luxurious boutiques. We can wander around, do some souvenir shopping, or just chill, again on the beach. P.S. Spetses is also known for its tourquise waters, so snorkeling is also possible. Depending on weather, we will spend our night either in Spetses, or in Porto Heli.

Poros

Tag 4-5

We are heading now to Poros (aprox. 6 h away), a pittoresque island, known for its vintage charm. There we can have lunch/dinner in one of their traditional tavernas, and relax afterwards under the pine-tree forests near the beach.

Methana

Tag 5-6

We continue to peninsula Methana (1-2 h away). Hopefully, on our way, we get to see some cute dolphins - they are expected to appear anytime during our trip. Methana is one of the most popular spa places in Greece, so we can also stop for a small, relaxing treat. Of course we can do other activities such as cooking, snorkeling, or just relaxing on the beach. Again, we choose what we feel like doing.

Megalochori

Tag 6

We plan to leave in the morning to Agistri island (1-2 h away), where we would recommend to stop for swimming/snorkeling, since Agistri is known for its crystal-clear waters. We can stop at a taverna or cook something fast on the boat, and continue in the afternoon to our next destination, Aegina, that is just one hour away.

Aegina

Tag 6-7

We will arrive in Aegina (1-2 hours away) probably at sunset, so we might get to watch an amazing, colorful sky on the way. Aegina is considered the paradise of pistachio, so in the evening we can look for some delicious desserts to bring with us home, or eat right away.😋

Alimos

Tag 7

We have to be in Port of Alimos at 5-6 p.m the latest, so at around 2-3 p.m. we will leave Aegina, and enjoy our last sailing trip. This will be our last evening together, so we can celebrate with some drinks on the boat.🥂 In the morning, at 9-10 am we will have to say goodbye to our boat, and to one another. Of course if you need to be earlier at the airport, you can skip the last evening in Port of Alimos and leave directly after we arrive.
