Alison here! I am 58 years old and I am Malaysian 🇲🇾 of Portuguese 🇵🇹heritage mixed with a bit of Indian and Chinese. I’m called a Eurasian in my country. However, I live in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, I speak fluent English, Bahasa Melayu and understand a little Hokkien. I am an experienced traveller who never stops and can't wait to share beautiful experiences with others. I consider myself young at heart, funny, energetic, curious and in love with the beauty this earth has to offer. I love meeting people of all ages, especially those younger than me. George Town

Tag 1-2

From Penang International Airport, we will have a rented car to pick -up all to head to our hotel in Georgetown. And then check into our hotel by noon - Armenian Heritage Hotel, re-connect to everyone’s schedule, have a cool drink and let’s have our first fine dining experience together at The Indigo of the Cheong Fatt Tze Mansion a.k.a. Blue Mansion. It is the beginning of an experience like no other.🇲🇾

Penang Street Art

Tag 2-3

The next morning, after breakfast, we will do a walkabout to explore the street art in Armenian street, have lunch at China House, proceed to walk the glass walk at The Top and end the day with dinner and drinks at The Pokok (approx. 5 Euros for beer 🍺and approx. 8 Euros for a western meal 🥘).

Pinang Peranakan Mansion

Tag 3-4

Today, we immerse into more of Penang’s culture and heritage with a visit to the Peranakan Mansion and have hawker-style local food for lunch. We catch the Mid-Autumn Festival Lanterns 🏮display at the Penang Esplanade and capture the sights of Fort Cornwallis. Grab a bucket of cold beers (5 bottles for approx. 14 Euros) and food at the Fort Cornwallis Beer Garden to end our day.🍻

Penang Hill

Tag 4-5

Today's a new day where we head to Penang Hill, The Habitat, and walk the Curtis Crest Canopy Walk🌴. Take a coastal drive to the Penang War Museum🪖. Stop by a fruit orchard to taste some local fruits like mangosteen, rambutan, jambu or even durian🥭.

Teluk Bahang

Tag 5-6

We will check in to our beach hotel after a long day of walking and soak up the sun at the secluded Teluk Bahang Beach🏖️. We will explore the Batu Feringghi Night Market, snack at some open-air beer garden restaurants and savour the sunset.

Entopia by Penang Butterfly Farm

Tag 6-7

In the morning we take a scenic drive to Entopia filled with live butterflies🦋, insects and reptiles. A must-visit attraction to do. Then we have lunch at a popular local restaurant and chill by the hotel pool till it’s time for dinner.🏖️🩴🏊👙🩱⛱️. Savour the variety of seafood dishes cooked local style such as prawns, clams, squid, seawater fish and more🦞.

This will be our goodbye since the time has come: it’s been amazing, and we fell in love with this enchanted place. After a nice breakfast in our beloved beach hotel, everyone is free to follow his/her own schedule and go straight to the airport or stop by another couple of hours!
