This is a trip for remotely working individuals, in luxurious accommodation with complete facilities, so you can work comfortably in your own space, without having to worry about anything. After working hours optional tours will be offered to explore the cities of Kavala and Xanthi with their rich history, and culinary culture. With respect to your busy schedules and individual needs, rest assured that you will be able to work uninterrupted while also having the options of leaving the hotel to explore city life, history and culture, as well as a stunning national park.

About me! I am Thanasis, a native of Greece, who came back to Greece after 14 years of living abroad, in Europe and Asia. I am a professional translator and teacher and my passion is traveling. The kind of journeys I enjoy the most is those that broaden our horizons, that take us off the beaten track and allow us to have a deeper look into the destination's lifestyle, culture, food and history. I also love nature and always try to include tours and treks in spots of outstanding natural beauty.

Details about the accommodation: Accommodation will include 5 and 4-star hotels in the beautiful and less known cities of Kavala and Xanthi. The hotels are equipped with fast Wi-Fi and all amenities and facilities necessary to ensure a smooth working environment. One of the hotels is an old Ottoman madrasa (religious school), renovated in recent times to a luxurious hotel, full of historical ambiance and breath-taking architecture. Kavala

A city outside the tourist radar, a hidden gem with rich history as revealed by its architectural monuments and diverse cuisine. Kavala boasts everything a city can dream of: beaches, ancient and medieval monuments, great cuisine, friendly locals and a vibrant nightlife.

Xanthi

A less visited small city in NW Greece, Xanthi's old town is well known to local explorers for its beauty and original Balkan and Ottoman architecture. You can spend a pleasant evening lost in its picturesque alleys and small shops. Greek cuisine with heavy Middle Eastern influences will leave your tastebuds in bliss. The diversity of the population, both Orthodox Christian and Muslim and their peaceful coexistence since the Ottoman times is evident in all parts of the life here.

Nestos National Park

At the National Park of Nestos river, you will be able to relax in the peace of the forest. If you like bird watching this is a perfect spot to see many indigenous bird species. The autumn colours of the forest will provide the ideal setting for a heart-warming end to your trip. The park is only half an hour drive from Xanthi.
