I'm always looking for adventures that combine the benefits of a beautiful location with the unique experience in mindfulness and yoga. I give you into the fun of exploring new places and meeting new people.

Our accommodation will be in sea-view apartments located in Peschici. We have secured two spacious apartments suitable for shared occupancy, and two smaller ones for individual guests. Each apartment is equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and a living area with a sofa. All apartments feature a private terrace with a dining area offering panoramic sea views. Tag 1

Meeeting point at the Bari-Karol Wojtyla airport. Then we have free transfers to Peschici 🌊 ( and back again) where we stay for the next days. The duration of this tour is about 1:30 and it depends also from traffic.

Experience the magic of Puglia with our summer yoga and mindfulness retreat. Unwind with daily yoga sessions, connect with nature on mindful walks along the coast and in the forest, and discover the local culture with a traditional pasta-making class. Enjoy stunning sunsets, delicious local cuisine, and the warm hospitality of Puglia.

During our week: Let’s go to the boat and discover the wonderful Grotta Marina . One day on the see to admire the great blue, the ancient caves. We embark on Peschici port and then we stay a day to relax ourselves.
