This trip is for nature lovers. There will be mountain hiking, stargazing and horseback riding. We will meet the locals, eat local food and spend evenings together by the fire. There will also be plenty of time just for yourself. I would love this trip to help you stop and recharge your energy. I am a natural healer, so for those who want: There will be possibility to make healing sessions by the fire and guided meditations to connect with your body and heart.

About me: My name is Jan Zapletal, I am 31yo. I was born in the mountains we are going to visit together. I love making new friends and sharing my passion for mountains and fire. I am an adventurer, healer, dancer, food and wine lover. I expect to share my passion for nature and spirituality with like-minded people. We will be walking approximately 15 to 20 kilometers a day, make fires, maybe dance or sing. Share our cultures and listen to each other.

Accommodation: There will be different types of accommodation. Mostly hotels and apartments of the local people, 1 night on hay in a barn for those who want to try out and spend an authentic night on a local farm. The rooms are very clean and cosy with private bathrooms. There will be single beds unless you require a double one. Breakfasts are included. Would you like to join me? Tag 1-3

We are going to meet each other and get to know each other. We are going to hike the local hills and visit the locals. We will visit a sheep farm and taste homemade cheese. In the evenings we are going to make fires and observe the nightsky. We will also go horse riding if the weather is nice. We will sleep in a hotel with single beds, private bathrooms and a breakfast. We may also bake our own bread. We will go to our old apple orchard and taste apples directly from trees. I was born in this region and want to show you its beauties and help you to explore and understand its culture. There will be an option to attend a yoga class or a healing session by the fire. Both led by me.

Terchová

Tag 3-4

I will drive you from Žítková to Těrchová by my car. We will visit the Janosikove diery park. It is an all day hike that leads through a beautiful valley. There are wooden bridges all over the place and wild rivers flowing along the paths. This region is known for a famous man called Janosik who is the Slovak version of Robin Hood. We will eat the traditional food called Halušky and sleep in a traditional wooden cottage with single beds and a breakfast.

Zakopane

Tag 4-7

We will hike the wonderful mountains called Tatry. We will walk by the beautiful fresh rivers and drink pure water from the mountain streams on the way. We will visit a mountain lake with crystal clear water. There is fresh air and beautiful landscape views everywhere. You can breathe in the fresh air at every step. We will visit local restaurants and eat Polish traditional food. We will sleep in a hotel with single beds and a breakfast.
