👋 Hello! Welcome to this fantastic journey! 😜 As your TripLeader, I've chosen the enchanting island of Tenerife for our adventure. But why Tenerife, you ask? Well, for my inaugural trip, I want to introduce you to my homeland and immerse you in its rich culture, breathtaking nature, and unique Canarian way of life. 🏝️🌅 Here's a heads-up: Tenerife is currently facing some challenges due to the influx of tourists and digital nomads, so I'm committed to making a positive and sustainable impact during our visit. 🥺 I've got our transportation covered with a rented automatic car 🚗, and while I'm licensed to drive, it would be awesome if we have another willing driver among us. Our daily schedule will typically start around 10-10:30 AM when I pick you up. We'll explore various activities throughout the day and return to our apartment by evening (around 5- 6 PM) for some much-needed relaxation and showers. If you fancy dining out, I've got fantastic recommendations for you. 🍽️ Our planned activities include: 🏔️ A scenic hike (don't forget your hiking/mountain shoes!) 👙 Exploring stunning black sand beaches and natural volcanic pools. 🌇 Captivating sunset views. 📚 Spanish lessons with all the materials provided (no worries if you don't speak Spanish at all). 🐬 An unforgettable whale and dolphin watching experience on a boat. 🤿 Optional snorkeling and a chance to try a Sup Board. 🍳 Lunch at a Guachinche to savor local cuisine. 🍷 Spanish-inspired nightlife. 📸 Plenty of opportunities for photos and videos. While these are my suggestions, you're free to follow your heart. If you want a day to yourself or have different ideas, just let me know, and we'll make it happen! Flexibility is key, as Tenerife's weather can be unpredictable. If we need to adjust our plans, I'll ensure we have plenty of exciting alternatives. 🤩 Each traveler is responsible for their arrival and departure, but I'm here to assist with any questions you may have.
