Come and see some of Romania's wonders in a short visit that will whet your appetite. The main attractions in Bucharest, the Royal Peles Castle, Bran Castle ( The one that inspired Bram Stoker in creating the character Dracula ), Brasov city, wonderful landscapes. Everything without getting tired, we will use a rented car.

Bucharest

Tag 1-2

First day we'll see some of the main attractions in Bucharest. The planning might slighty change according to the tripmates hours of arrivals. Then we'll have dinner and will prepare planning for tomorrow!

Sinaia

Tag 2

Our round trip in Romania will start with a 3 hours drive to Brasov. We'll stop in the road in Sinaia to visit the Royal Castle "Peles". Built between 1873 and 1914 by the first King of Romania Carol I. German architect Johannes Schultz won the project by presenting a more original plan, something that appealed to the King's taste: a grand palatial alpine castle combining different features of classic European styles, mostly following Italian elegance and German aesthetics along Renaissance lines.

Brașov

Tag 2-3

As our guesthouse is close to the center of Brasov, we'll take a walk around and see what is in that area. Black Church, White and Black Towers, are some of the wonders of the city. In afternoon we'll make a trip to a Ski resort close to the town, maybe we'll dinner there...

Bran

Tag 3

We'll start the day with a 25 km drive to reach Bran and the castle of the infamous Count Dracula.The castle was built in 14th century by Brasov citizens, to serve as control and customs point. At that moment the cstle was smaller, some more towers being added in time. The connection with Vlad III (said "the Impaler") is not clear, the castle remain almost all time in possesion of Brasov citizens.

Bucharest

Tag 3-4

Once we finish with Bran we'll come back to Bucharest to have some last points to see and visit. We'll have the afternoon to check the last objectives of this city. In the morning we'll say farewell hoping to keep a nice record of this adventure.
