About me! Hello! I am Andreas from the beautiful island of Cyprus! Since as long as I can remember I have been passionate about travelling. For the last 7 years I have been traveling almost every month, usually with Erasmus + programs that focus on self-awareness and non formal education. My life's purpose is to become a Digital nomad and create unique travel experiences for you! For me, traveling is not only a way to explore the world but also myself. I have a huge experience of traveling on a low budget ,mainly how to find cheap tickets but most importantly I know how to find the events happening in the city I am in. My goal is to interact with the local community and include them in my travels as well. This journey focuses on personal growth, self-awareness but most importantly mindfulness with the goal of more well-being, peace and wholeness in our lives. Dream - Plan - Enjoy 2024" is made for the goals of the new year and is dedicated to you: your wishes, your desires, your dreams! The goal is to create our personal notebook with the purpose of our life, the goals of the year, our moments of happiness, and a daily plan of actions to achieve the goals we will set. For this purpose, every day we will have a self-awareness and personal development workshop and our daily excursion. I focus on creating a healthy and friendly environment that will keep you productive during work hours and help you relax completely during field trips!

Details about the accommodation: Ιs an amazing villa with a garden and a patio, around 15 km from Parque de Santa Catalina. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. The villa features a hot tub and luggage storage space. The villa with a terrace and mountain views has 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, a flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen with an oven and a microwave, and 3 bathrooms with a hot tub. Towels and bed linen are available in the villa. For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and soundproofing. The Gran Canaria Airport, 18 km from the accommodation.

26April: FRIDAY Day 1: - We will arrive at Gran Canaria Airport. From there we will transfer together to our accommodation. - Welcome dinner party! - Name Games, Get to know each other and Icebreakers games. - Storytelling for our trip - Sharing cultures,dancing, and soulful connections!

27April: SATURDAY Day2: - As it's our first day here and some of us might be feeling a bit fatigued, we will start our day relaxing at the villa, or even catching up on some extra sleep for those who might need it. - 1st Activity: - Safe space for sharing Hopes, Fears and Contributions and co-creating our house guidelines. - Visit to the old town of Vegueta and the Metropolitan Cathedral of Santa Ana. - Visiting La Isleta and Las Canteras Beach. Choose Your Notebook - 2nt Activity: Introduction of the journal “Write your own story:“ Dream - Plan - Enjoy”- Writing titles - Return to the accommodation in the evening, refreshed and Night Out . - Return to the villa in the evening, refreshed and ready for another night of networking and camaraderie with your fellow adventurers.

28April: Sunday Day3: - Adventure to San Mateo Village and its beautiful Sunday market - one of the best known by residents of Gran Canaria. Here you can discover and purchase a wide variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables from the island. Moreover, here they have yummy souvenirs such as local cheese, wines and honey. - Visiting Finca Shejal - Touring in the Land - 1st Activity: Wheel of Life - Lunch food from the host - Sweat Lodge (temazcal) ceremony. An ancestral ceremony that has its origins since the beginning of time. It is related to creation, the heart of the universe, the galaxy, the solar system, the earth, all living beings up to the particles that compose the light. - 2nt Activity “Collecting Moments of life”. - Going back to our accommodation. Sweat Lodger It is an ancestral ceremony that has its origin at the beginning of time. It is related to creation, the heart of the universe, the galaxy, the solar system, the earth, all living beings up to the particles that compose the light.

29April: Monday Day4: - We are starting the day practicing mindfulness meditation, and paying attention to our breathing.  - - 1st Activity: My life purpose - Visit Agaete And Natural pools. - Visiting Circular forest Los tilos de Moya - 2nt Activity : Drawing workshop : “River of life”Activity - Visiting Firgas - Visiting Teror town and souvenir shop - Return to accommodation. Free Night The natural pools of Agaete popularly known by the name of “Las Salinas” are formed by three natural volcanic pools connected by submarine tunnels. They are protected from the waves especially at low tide and allow observation of some of the marine fauna of the area that enters the pools during the full tide.

30April Tuesday Day5: - Visiting Tejeda town. - Hiking to Pico de Las Nieves Mountain. - 1st session: NEW YEAR GOALS - Visiting Tejeda town. Ice cream - - 2 seccion: Monthly Goals - Visiting Playa Tufia Tejeda is considered one of the most beautiful towns in Spain, there we are going to explore the streets and local food 🐦🍪 the typical “Palmera Canaria”, a Canarian sweet, perfect to enjoy with a mug of coffee or tea. After this, we are going to get high! Yes, because we are going to Pico de Las Nieves! 🌄 Visiting the highest point on the island1.956 m ! We are going to do a 15 min hike, to get to a secret local place. Where we can enjoy an incredible view of el Roque Nublo, one of the wonders of the island, perfect place to capture the moment with some pictures!

They are protected from the waves especially at low tide and allow observation of some of the marine fauna of the area that enters the pools during the full tide.
