Hey there!
Budapest has a lot of attractions such as museums and monuments, and the food, nightlife, spas/baths, and overall city are perfect for a workable trip. Winter is a great time to enjoy the spas and the christmas markets!
🏛️ About the trip:
The idea is to cowork but take advantage of after-work hours to explore and enjoy the city. There are many things we can do, and we can plan together as a group. I'll propose a few things, but the idea is to decide as a team and set a plan. Everyone is free to join or not join the activities.
The goal for the trip is to work, and enjoy and explore the city after work. We will wander around the Hungarian capital, find hidden gems throughout the city, try some delicious Hungarian food, and, why not, have some fun partying!
Important❗While this is a group trip, we understand the importance of having time for yourself. Nobody will be pressured to join any activities, and we will always respect people's decisions. Whether you want to explore the city alone, work from a different location, or simply relax in your own space, it's totally up to you. We want this trip to be an enjoyable and flexible experience for everyone.
🏢 Accommodation:
We'll be staying in a comfortable flat, with each of us having our own private room to ensure a relaxing and personal space.
🛠️ Co-Working (optional)
You’ll have the option to access a coworking space Monday to Friday for a comfortable work environment. It's optional and can be paid directly to the coworking company—either for the full week (140€ aprox) or on a daily basis. I can help with the booking, but it's best to arrange it in advance to secure your spot. Some people prefer working from a cafe, library, their room, etc...that's why is optional.
👉🏼 Who should join:
I am looking for five/six trip Mates who love taking advantage of "workingway" that work aprox from 08:00/10:00am to 18:00/19:00pm CET (aprox.) and want to join this workable experience in Budapest. You should be looking to enjoy the cuisine, spas, and discover of Budapest. You should be a profesional from 28 to 45 years, easy going, looking to meet new people and have a good time!
I always speak with whoever wants to join the trips to make sure everything is clear, there is an aligment so the group will work. Consider the following:

- You are okay sharing a common space with others and contributing to keeping it clean and tidy by sharing some small tasks (like cleaning dishes...).
- You are not expecting a wild party you are happy to be quiet after 00 p.m. (during the week) for people working/neighbors in the morning to rest.
- You enjoy a good chat, a good meal, a drink, and all sorts of discoveries.
- You are tolerant and respectful, love to laugh, and are open-minded and tolerant.

About me...
My name is Marc, and I am a 38-year-old travel addict from Barcelona, Spain. I am an IT consultant 🤓 (Business Analyst), a traveler at heart, and a sea enthusiast. I love discovering new places and meeting new people. I’m happy to create workation trips that bring together like-minded people. With the flexibility of remote work, we can stay productive while exploring new places and sharing unique experiences. Let’s make the most of remote work and enjoy the journey while we travel and connect with new people!
I have been to Budapest four times, and it is a city I love. I first visited Budapest in 2019 during my Erasmus with a few friends, and we had a fantastic time! I have repeated since then, and I have always had a great time. Budapest has a lot of attractions such as museums and monuments, and the food, nightlife, spas/baths, and overall city are perfect for a workable trip. Winter is a great time to enjoy the spas and the christmas markets!
Accomodation...
We’ll be staying in a spacious, comfortable flat located right in the heart of Budapest. Everyone will have their own private room, so there’s no need to share unless you’re coming with a friend and prefer to room together. The flat has the facilities needed to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
Its central location ensures easy access to everything Budapest has to offer, making it simple to explore the city whenever you have free time. More details about the flat and its amenities will be shared closer to the trip, but rest assured it will be the perfect home base for both work and relaxation!
