Local experience

Join me on a trip to the beautiful Como Lake, an old glacial lake surrounded by spectacular mountains, picturesque local villages and mountain pastures. We will explore some hidden gems of this area, with the help of my partner in crime Matteo: untouched old local villages with breathtaking views over the lake, wild remote valleys and fascinating parks on the shores of the lake.

About me! I'm Elisa, 23 years old, from northern Italy. I love travelling, adventures and meeting new people to have fun together. You can find more about me on my profile. The schedule for this trip is dynamic and I'm open to adapt it to your preferences. Let's talk about it and decide what to do!

Accomodation: We will stay for some nights in an apartment in a picturesque local village above como Lake, than depending on the weather and on your preferences, we might sleep in a mountain hut, camp or sleep in another apartment on the lake. If you would like to camp, camping equipment is necessary(tent, mattress, sleeping bag). I can rent one for you for an additional price if you don't have yours but would like to camp! Domaso

Tag 1-2

We will meet at the airport and drive towards Como Lake, where we'll stop on the way to our apartment to visit a village on the shores of the lake. We will choose a place to eat something or cook at home.

Lago di Mezzola

Tag 2-3

On the second day we will visit one of the beautiful glacial valleys north of the lake. We will hike for some hours depending on the valley and on how far in you want to go. There are some incredible old villages to discover, hours of walking from the nearest point we can reach by car. We will either sleep in a hut / camp or go back to our apartment depending on the weather and on our preferences.

Bellagio

Tag 3-4

On our third day, we'll take a boat to see the lake from another perspective and to get to the village of Bellagio, where we will explore a bit and visit a park on the shores of the lake. We will go back to our apartment to sleep.

Varenna

Tag 4-5

On our last full day we will go for a hike on a spectacular mountain over the lake. Than we can decide if we want to sleep in a mountain hut, if we want to camp under the stars or if we want to go back to our apartment.

Lake Como

Tag 5

On our last day we'll go back towards the southern part of the lake. We can stop to enjoy the views and the lake one last time on some beach or village, than I will drive you to the airport or central station.
