A great weekend for who wants to enjoy me with relax and nature. We have the first meet in Orvieto, where we have a little discover around and take a coffee. With a private car we arrive in our great accomodation in b&b antico casale, in Umbria, where we have an aperitif- dinner together. The next day we arrive in Tuscany mountains with a private car. There we can practice forestal therapy 🌳 with a little walking talking about ourselves, alternate with breathe. A break in the center of silence and the rest of walking with sensorial walking 🚶🏻♀️ and flow area. In this experience I offer to you a new herbal tea and a special green packed lunch.
I’m an emphatic person and love to travel. For this experience, I take you into the Italian nature and a fantastic therapy created into the mountain, in a particular wood. I take you between two regions in a natural relax
Our accomodation is bed and breakfast Antico casale, an ancient rural home in Umbria, with double rooms with private bath. So each room has a great bed and a private bathroom. We can meet all and the take a coffee together. On the center we can visit little alleys and the great cathedral. At the end, with private car, we arriva in our location: bed and breakfast Antico Casale. Where can enjoy a little aperitif- dinner with local products. We can settle into the rooms.

Monte Amiata

On the morning, after a great homemade breakfast, we arrive to monte amiata with a private car. We start our walk and forestal therapy. So we can taste my new herbal tea, listen nature and silence, create a connection between us and have a lunch together. All day spent here and in the evening we return to our b&b

Orvieto
Tag 2
Back in Orvieto. To explore again the center with typical ceramic shop and Italian products, and the underground city. (It’s about 1 hour).There we can have a food/ wine stop and then our time to say goodbye until the next adventure.
