Free time to explore the city in the evening. 📌 August 27: Full-day excursion to Sete Cidades and Lagoa do Fogo, including lunch. We’ll visit the Sete Cidades caldera and admire the twin lakes (one green, one blue), followed by a scenic stop at Lagoa do Fogo. 📌 August 28: Morning whale and dolphin watching boat tour. Free afternoon to relax or explore Ponta Delgada. 📌 August 29: Excursion to Povoação and Nordeste. We’ll explore these picturesque towns surrounded by lush, volcanic landscapes. 📌 August 30: Visit to Furnas and local tea plantations. Enjoy the thermal springs and discover how Azorean tea is produced at a traditional factory. 📌 August 31: Boat trip along the southern coast of São Miguel, with opportunities for swimming and snorkeling. Alternatively, join a canyoning adventure in Caldeirões for an extra €30. 📌 September 1: Pineapple wine tasting and visit to a local pineapple plantation.
