I am articulate, a well presented and self initiative individual, fluent in spoken English and I possess wide
technical knowledge of aircraft maintenance. On a personal level I am fully confident in handling a variety
of customer facing situations, and always display a great appreciation of cultural diversity and sensitivity
towards all customers, including those who may need extra assistance.
Strong sense of cooperation and teamwork with high professional responsibility, have a special role in the
development of my career.
Airplane maintenance education, working experience in customer service and hospitality area, ability to learn and propensity to continuous professional training enabled me to develop a range of skills and competencies, which I believe could contribute to become professional traveller guide and assistant.
