In this trip, we will visit historical sites in Yogyakarta, explore museums, embark on adventurous journeys to Mount Merapi, waterfalls and of course, try Indonesian cuisine, especially the traditional dishes of Yogyakarta. This trip offers a unique combination of cultural exploration and nature adventure, designed to get to know the history and culture of this Javanese island. During this trip, we will visit Borobudur Temple a UNESCO World Heritage Site🛕.This is a 4-night and 5-day trip in Yogyakarta🥳. Additionally, we will visit one of the exclusive museums located not far from Yogyakarta's volcanic mountains, go to enjoy the temple and also waterfalls. We will rent a car or motorbike, so we can go to the tourist spots, and enjoy activities and meals together until the fourth day🚙. We will be staying in a hotel not far from the city center (this is share room)🛌🏠. 👉🏽 Make sure you arrive at the specified date so you don't miss this trip

Details about the accommodation: Accommodation will be adjusted to how many of travel buddies who want to join. As well as transportation. We will rent a car+driver, so we can take you to the tourist spots, and enjoy activities and meals together until the fourth day🚙. The cost includes a shared room in a hotel, transportation, and entrance tickets to several tourist destinations we will be visiting. If you prefer a private room, an additional fee will apply. Yogyakarta

Day 1-2

DAY 1: Arrival in Yogyakarta: Upon arrival, our guests will be taken directly to the villa where they will stay during the trip. In the evening, we will explore the capital city of Yogyakarta and enjoy a dinner together at a local restaurant called "House of Raminten." This restaurant serves authentic Indonesian cuisine with a strong Javanese atmosphere. Note: Upon arriving at the airport, we recommend using the airport train to get to Tugu Station (approximately 40 minutes journey). The ticket price per person is around 1.20€ to 3.00€. Once you arrive at Tugu Station, Yogyakarta, we will pick you up from there. Hotel accommodation is close to the city center.

Borobudur Temple

Day 2-3

DAY 2: In the morning, after having breakfast, we'll get ready for our trip to Borobudur Temple, one of Indonesia's wonders of the world and a place of exquisite architectural beauty. After our tour of Borobudur Temple, we'll stop for lunch and then head back to the Hotel for some rest. In the night, we'll visit the lively "Prawirotaman Street" area to enjoy dinner and live music, as it offers many bars and restaurants serving a variety of Indonesia and Western cuisines.

Museum Ullen Sentalu

Day 3-4

DAY 3: In the morning, we will visit Sentalu Museum, an exclusive museum in Yogyakarta. On the way to the museum, we will enjoy the view of Mount Merapi and vast rice fields on both sides of the road. During the museum tour, we will be guided to explore the history of Java island, which influenced the Javanese way of life. Next, we will head to a Taman Sari Castle. This is a historical site and former royal palace. Taman Sari Water Castle is a blend of Javanese and European architectural styles and is a fascinating example of Javanese palace architecture from the past. After that, we will return to the Villa. Note: Dinner is not included in the trip cost.

Air Terjun Kembang Soka

Day 4-5

DAY 4: In the morning, after having breakfast, we will go to Kembangsoka waterfall. The waterfall is known for its natural beauty and tranquility. The cascade flows down over rocks and into a clear pool below, making it an ideal spot for swimming and enjoying the serene environment. Afterward, we will visit Prambanan temple dan Ijo temple. The temple's architectural style is similar to that of the famous Prambanan Temple, which is also located in the Yogyakarta region. One of the highlights of visiting Candi Ijo is the panoramic view it offers of the surrounding landscape. As it's located on a hill, you can get a stunning beautiful view. After that, then, we will return to the hotel.

Day 5

DAY 5: Unfortunately, it's time to say goodbye. After having breakfast together, we will bid farewell to our amazing tripmates and our adventure, and we will head back to the airport depending on our flight time.
