Lisbon
Day 1-2
Join me for a magical and chill day of exploration and discovery Lisbon. This city is rich in history, with a vibrant culture, and breathtaking vistas! Here's a snapshot of what you can expect: Food discovery: Start with pastéis de nata at a local café, lunch in a traditional tasca and diner with typica Portugese cuisine. Visiting historical places: Belém Tower, Jerónimos Monastery, the Tagus River, Alfama Exploration and more (flexible according with the time we will have together). Finishing on a great touch: witnessing a magic Sunset. The whole trip will be about taking things easy and slowing down, so we will take the exploration slow and easy and appreciate this city with the time we have. Good food, good energy, good time. I will do my best to create a nice itinirary to discover nice spots in the city in one day, I always take time to ask locals the best places to see. I believe that we discover and experience best a country by living it as a true local!

Ericeira
Day 2-5
On day 2 we will go to the Yoga retreat! Every day, we will join two yoga classes. The one in the morning, at 8:00, will be more dynamic and energizing, based on a mix of Ashtanga, Vinyasa while the one in the afternoon, at 18:00, will be slower and based on a mix of Hatha, Slow flow and Restorative yoga with 30 min of Yoga nidra session included. By practicing yoga we will learn discipline and to challenge ourselves on and off the mat without taking anything too seriously. The classes will take place in an 8 walls Mongolian yurt, an elegant circular space, will support the practice, creating the right environment to find a perfect balance of focus, tranquility, and relaxation. Ericeira is also a perfect starting point for discovering the many attractions of the Estremadura region; not far from the famous old village of Sintra, one of the most popular historical well-known locations in Portugal and right above the Sintra and Cascais Natural Park, a charming location for those who love nature. Distances Restaurants, bar, and supermarket right in front of the house São Julião beach - 2 minutes

Sintra
Day 5
During one of our free afternoon during the yoga retreat, I plan on visiting a city nearby our location. A city like Sintra or Cascais. I will be adaptable to the desire of the group. Sintra is in the Unesco World Heritage since 1995. It is definitely a great place to visit. According to my research, some spots not to miss would be: - The Palacio da Pena, perched atop the hill, easily recognizable by its vibrant colors and enchanting architectural style. - The Castle of the Moors, with its imposing walls and breathtaking panoramic views of the region. - The National Palace of Sintra, one of Portugal's most important royal palaces, and/or the Quinta da Regaleira, a marvel of creativity and architecture. In just one day, visiting both might be a challenge, so choose according to your interests! -Sintra's charming city center, perfect for leisurely strolls through its picturesque streets. Again, the idea during this entire stay would be to slow down and take it easy. So, I will guide us in visiting the city according to the time we have. I will not follow a list of exhaustive places to visit, or a MUST DO list. Instead, we will simply take things easy, follow the flow of the day and have a good time!
