About me!
I embarked on my yoga journey over 15 years ago while living in Thailand, instantly captivated by the practice. As the years unfolded, I delved into various styles and learned from different teachers. Alongside yoga, my passion led me to explore circus arts like aerial silks until a shoulder injury changed everything. Yoga became not just a practice but a path to recovery, restoring my strength and mobility.
Through my own recovery process, I noticed a gap in accessible yoga classes. Determined to fill this void, I pursued certification as a Yoga Alliance teacher under the guidance of Susan Church. Now, as a certified 200-hour Yoga Alliance teacher in Dynamic Hatha, Yin Yoga, Trauma-sensitive, and prenatal yoga, I reside in Mijas and Fuengirola in Malaga, where I teach yoga and organize local yoga hiking excursions and sound healing sessions.
My teaching philosophy centers on creating an inclusive space where everyone, regardless of age, ability, or flexibility, can practice yoga. Specializing in injury recovery, my classes primarily focus on Vinyasa Flow, somatic movement, and Yin Yoga. Join me on a journey to deepen your connection with mind, body, and breath.
