☀️ KEY FACTS We 👩‍❤️‍👨, that's 🧚Kat (40) and 🤹Emilio (45), have rented a great Andalusian villa just 5 minutes' walk from the sea. The perfect option if you're looking for a good mix of solo travel and community, but don't fancy a large, round-the-clock organized group trip. We love good food and inspiring conversations, depending on the community, things are organized together or everyone goes off on their own! Our target group are people who are open-minded and curious and want to have a great time out. We are both self-employed and love good conversations and are happy to pass on ideas, especially to those who might want to venture into self-employment. We have no age limit, but we are not a party flat share. Our life together is characterized by respect and community, we value peace and order and always share moments together, such as having lunch or dinner together. Loners are in the right place with us if they want to get involved. Nevertheless, everyone has their own space and is independent.

We have 4 guest rooms and 2 shared bathrooms as well as plenty of space around the house with sea views. Our location is in Almuñecar and you can find pictures of the location in the travel stops. The travel stops are just for inspiration on what you can do in the area. The total price shown at JmT when booking is for a bed in a shared double room without meals. Single rooms are available for an extra charge, depending on room size. Just ask:-) 💰 Included in the price: ✅ Accommodation 🛏️ in a shared double room. ✅ We cook for you, if that's not a luxury? Our highlights for day trips; ✅ The opportunity for a group barbecue or cocktail party by the pool, if the group feels like it and the weather is suitable; ✅ A city tour together through our wonderful city with stops and tips for tapas (everyone pays for their own food and drinks) ✅ Good humor and company and hopefully an inspiring exchange! 💰 NOT included in the price, or available if required: ❌ Transportation / rental car (we will coordinate you so that you can book and share a rental car together if you are interested); ❌ Surcharge for a possibly larger room ❌ The total cost of food. ❌ Costs for sports activities. We can give you tips and have good contacts with local landlords. ❌ Air conditioning / heating: Available on request for an additional charge depending on the room. ☀️BITTE PLEASE NOTE: ❗We are a non-smoking house, if you smoke occasionally, we ask for your understanding to do so outside the location; ❗Everyone takes responsibility 🏳️, keeps the communal areas clean and helps with clearing tables and cleaning the kitchen after the meal and tidies up after themselves. We are a team! ❗The kitchen can be used by arrangement. ☀️Tipps for arrival: ✈️ The nearest airport is Malaga, we recommend you book a rental car and explore some of the wonderful places. 🚍 Traveling by bus costs around 8 euros and takes 2-3 hours. Cabs from the airport usually cost from 110 euros, but we also offer a pick-up service for 85 euros each way, especially if you have flight times when there is no public transport. 🚗 Blablacar is also available, but unfortunately often very unreliable, so be sure to enquire 3-7 days in advance.
