Visit Tenerife ⛰️ eat canarian food 🍽️ and see the natural wonders of the island 📍

👋 Hello TripMates! My name is Andrea and I love to meet new people and discover places with them. When you come to a magical place like Tenerife, the best thing that can happen is meeting new friends and discovering places with them... A nice place makes up for a nice view, but nice people make it magical! Let me tell you about the trip 🗺️ Departure is from the Nest Hostel El Duque (Las Americas), the biggest city in the south, close to the airport of Tenerife Sur. Check-in can be done from 11.00 am. Checkout at the same time. There are shared dorms, with the option for private rooms for a higher price (Price and availability varies and need to be arranged privately via PM). There are 2 types of shared dorms, mixed or female only. I can pick you up from the airport in working hours and bring you to the hostel, or you can reach it easily by taking a bus (about 4€) or taxi (about 15€, contacts will be given at request). I will take care of your accommodation and lunch during the day. Dinner is self arranged, there's plenty of restaurants around the hostel, where it's also often times possible to book a meal as they have a lot of evening activities you can susbscribe to! Those includes pizza nights, tacos night and also some entertainment ones like salsa and bachata with night out in a nearby latin american music club! We will leave everyday in the morning at around 10. On the first day, we will go to Masca, one of the most characteristic Canarian towns, located in between the ancient mountains of the Teno National Park. The road to Masca itself is an experience, a rollercoaster to have at least once! From there we will go to Buenavista del Norte at around 11.30 to go eating in a typical Canarian restaurant (also known as "guachinche"). They are renowned mostly for the fish, but there are choices for every taste, including vegetarians. Lunchtime would be around 14.00. After eating we will descend to Garachico, which is considered one of the most beautiful towns in spain, home to some crystalline water natural pools! Last stop is in Charco la Laja, a natural pool which is renown for its breathtaking beauty! We will then go back to the hostel by going around the north coast, making it a full trip around the island! The trip usually ends between 19.00 and 20.00 o'clock, when we will be back at the hostel.
