Hwange National Park is the largest and most popular park in Zimbabwe. It offers excellent wildlife viewing, and most big safari animals can be seen, including the Big Five. Hwange is most known for the impressive concentration of elephant that are attracted to the park’s waterholes during the dry season. We start the morning off with a visit to Victoria Falls on the Zimbabwean side, the move on to Hwange where we'll spend the next 2 nights. During our stay we'll enjoy a morning game drive. You'll also have the option to explore more of the park and its wildlife on a night game drive

Elephant Sands Lodge
Day 6-7
After our morning game drive and a delicious brunch, we move onto Elephant Sands, a Botswana citizen-owned conservancy on privately owned land. Here you can get up close to the elephants drinking just a few meters away, a unique experience! There are no fences around the accommodation, so other wild animals also roam freely.

Gweta Lodge
Day 7-8
The camp is surrounded by towering baobab trees, their gnarled trunks and branches standing like sentinels over the plains. Upon arrival, we'll be taken out to visit a colony of habituated Meerkats who live on the edge of the Ntwetwe salt pan. We'll then head back late afternoon and spend the rest of the evening enjoying the stars and giant baobab trees next to our campfire.
6
Sitatunga Camp
Day 8-11
Get ready for a bumpy ride as we travel to Maun, gateway to the Okavango Delta. Although it retains a rural atmosphere and local tribesmen continue to bring their cattle to Maun to sell. The community is distributed along the wide banks of the Thamalakane where red lechwe can still be seen grazing next to local donkeys, goats and cattle. We’ll arrive in town around lunch time, do a full shop and fuel up in the adventure capital of Botswana before heading back to Sitatunga Camp where we’ll be based for the next 3 nights. An early start on day one as we get onto our 4x4 vehicles which will drive us to the Mokoro (dug out canoe) Station. We will then hop into a mokoro then make our way through the narrow waterways of the Okavango Delta, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and witness a combination of aquatic game, amazing bird species and breathtaking landscapes. Day two we drive deep into the African jungle for a full-day game drive safari. Moremi Game Reserve is in northern Botswana, in the Okavango Delta, which becomes a lush animal habitat during seasonal floods.
7
Khama Rhino Sanctuary
Day 11-12
With our longest driving day ahead, we set out bright and early to Khama Rhino Sanctuary where we'll spend the afternoon searching for rhinos. Established in 1989 due to growing concern over the then escalating prevalence of rhino poaching in Botswana. Khama Rhino offers prime habitat for endangered white and black rhino as well over 30 diverse animal species and more than 230 species of birds.
8
Johannesburg
Day 12
After a magical trip, our African adventure comes to an end as we cross the border into South Africa. It is recommended, if you have a flight today, to book it for early to late evening to allow for any unforseen delays we might encounter. Until our next adventure. Safari Njema! (Safe Travels)
