So when we’re free that means gorgeous boat rides, adventurous hiking, delicious wine tasting and visiting the best beaches and historical spots on the island, especially on our weekend days. I believe in a balance of being active every day (I exercise daily) AND resting and recharging your batteries. Mornings start with yoga, EFT, and meditation and end with cool experiences, good food and conversation, and rest and recharge for the next work day. If you’re into personal growth, I offer extra optional workshops where you can work on empowerment, confidence, emotional health, and overcoming fears. From the 20th of October to November 1 so we can do a dress up Halloween party the last night, we’ll make our own little community of inspired people who love enjoying the outdoor beauty of Crete, whether being by the sea, motivating each other in life and work, propelling our business forward while forming friendships for life, and mastering the art of living deliberately.
