About Me! Embarked on a transformative journey from television journalist to coach and yoga instructor, I've traversed the globe for nearly a decade, finding solace and inspiration, particularly in Costa Rica, where fate introduced me to Sophie Hardy. Together, we co-create immersive retreats in France and Costa Rica, guiding women through their metamorphic voyages.

Cottage located in Taleyrac (Valleraugue), 29 km from Mount Aigoual and 44 km from the Navacelles Cirque (waterfalls), in a region of enchanting forests, mountains, and rivers. Situated 32 km from the Demoiselles Caves, it offers free Wi-Fi and a 24-hour conciergerie. With mountain views, this spacious house features a terrace, three bedrooms, a living room, a dining area, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a kitchen equipped with all amenities. Below the house is an extra and comfortable apartment for two people. Towels and bed linen are provided. Guests can swim in the outdoor pool, go hiking, or simply relax in the garden. The nearest airport is Montpellier-Méditerranée Airport, 78 km away. A carpooling system is in place for arrivals and departures of participants. Any questions about the trip? Day 1-4

Shamanic immersion with Sophie Hardy, world renown retreat leader with a specifice approach of coaching and healing techniques, incorporating creative expression & materials. Embark on a transformative journey designed to ignite your pure and authentic Feminine Power. Sophie Hardy has been living and leading spiritual retreats in Latin America for more than 30 years. Each year she welcomes women from all over the world to the retreats she organises in Costa Rica. In 2003, Sophie took a break from her life to devote herself to studying Native American traditions. She immerses herself in the ancestral philosophies of the peoples with whom she shares friendship, values and beliefs. Respect for the sacred balance of feminine and masculine, environmental awareness and the need for self-knowledge and self-love. What have we forgotten that they still remember? Each of her retreats offers us the opportunity for a unique and introspective, mystical and intense experience, inspired by the spirit of the "root peoples", both traditional and visionary. Feel like HIKING ? We invite you to discover the majesty of the mountain surrounding our house, located on the southern slopes of Mont Aigoual, in the Cévennes National Park (recognised by UNESCO for its incredible wealth of flora and fauna). Are you ready for it? Come on, we'll take you!
