Tokyo
Day 1-2
We will meet in the afternoon in our accommodation in Tokyo and get to know each other by a nice dinner together. We will be staying here for seven nights. Take a rest after your long flight, because tomorrow we start exploring!

Tokyo
Day 2-3
Tokyo sightseeing day! We will experience the famous Shibuya Crossing, one of the busiest pedestrian crossings in the world. Enjoy the view from a café or take part in the crossing itself. Wrap up your day with dinner in Shibuya, where you'll find a wide range of dining options, from izakayas to international cuisine. Please let me know if there is anything specific you would like to see/do, so I can include it in the plan :)!

Hakone
Day 3-4
Let's take the train to Hakone :) Known for its hot springs, views of Mount Fuji, and scenic landscapes, Hakone is a perfect getaway from the bustling city of Tokyo. Examples of what to see there: Hakone Shrine: A peaceful shrine surrounded by dense forest, known for its beautiful torii gate at the lake's edge. Owakudani: A volcanic valley with hot springs and sulfur vents, where you can try the famous black eggs (boiled in the hot springs), believed to add years to your life. Hakone Ropeway: Ride the ropeway over Owakudani for panoramic views of Mount Fuji and the surrounding landscape. Open-Air Museum: A unique outdoor art museum with sculptures set amidst lush gardens, featuring works by both Japanese and international artists. Gora Park: A serene park known for its beautiful landscapes, tea houses, and seasonal flowers.

Yokohama
Day 4-5
Yokohama is Japan's second-largest city and is known for its cosmopolitan vibe, scenic waterfront, and great food. And it's only a short train ride away from Tokyo! Here we will visit Chinatown, Cup Noodles Museum, Sankeien Garden and Minato Mirai district.

Snow Monkey Park (Jigokudani Yaen Koen)
Day 5-6
Snow Monkey day trip! See the snow monkeys of Japan bathing in the hot springs with this hassle-free day trip from Tokyo. Making it easy to access Jigokudani Snow Monkey Park, the experience includes coach transport plus a prebooked entry ticket to save you time when you get there. You’ll even stop to enjoy a tasty buffet lunch along the way.

Day 6-7
Cooking class! Are you ready to become a “Sushi Master”? Sushi is represented as Japanese culture, therefore making sushi is the best way to enjoy Japanese food!! Let’s dive into Japanese culture together! Sumo Experience: We will have the opportunity to watch sumo wrestlers’ serious practice and training from a short distance. Feel the sumo world and observe how the practice is usually done. This experience will be unforgettable!

Tokyo
Day 7-8
Since Tokio is huge and there is a lot to see, we will have one more day to explore based on our interests! There is no fixed program yet, we can discuss what to do together or split the group. Nevertheless, the evening will end with a last group dinner or drinks together. Make sure to also try Sake! It is an integral part of Japanese culture and cuisine, and it's a must-try beverage for visitors.

The next morning, we will have breakfast together and check out of our accommodation. You can continue your own journey or take your flight back home. Hopefully we will see each other on another trip!
