Here is a big 'Hi' for you :) This trip highly recommended to whom would like to explore a great Aegean gastronomy town with a variety of special wines and the perfect nature around the hidden bays. I'm promising you reducing stress, mindfulness meditation and nature adventure. Notes about the destination: The trip will take place in Urla which is a town in Izmir (3rd biggest city in Turkiye), just 40 mins away from the international airport. It has been very popular with the agricultural products (olive oil, artichoke, herbs, etc..), food production, local wine producers, blue water hidden beaches and nature. Notes about the Trip: I'd like to go with 2 people as a close group, just to be able to provide enough attention to you. We will be staying at a local guest house (entire place will be arranged for us) and everyone will have a seperate bedroom. Wifi connection will be provided at the house. Please be informed that the trip will only take place if we have 2 TripMates. Details about the trip cost: * Airport pick up and drop off w/private car * You'll get 1 hour yoga & meditation practice * We'll have an offroad nature adventure on a 4x4 (depends on the weather conditions - safety first :) ) * We'll visit an old Olive Oil Museum and have wine testing (we'll provide you a perfect local wine setup) * We'll visit a fisherman village and take a short walk for a perfect sunset (depends on weather conditions) * You'll have a private time to walk around famous Urla Sanat Sokağı - Art Street of Urla) - many small shops with handmade products, street food and more * We can join a live music party at night if you like ;) - This is not included, cost will be extra - Breakfast - %100 local organic food at village (3 days) - Dinner (3 days) - Burger, french fries and a drink at a famous local burger pub - Fix menu at a seaside fish restaurant - all dishes will be served from the local Aegean cuisine (including 1 bottle of wine for 2 people) - Pasta & Drink at a local famous kitchen - you'll be able to watch the chef while he is preparing the dough, cutting it and cooking your pasta ** If you are a couple travelling together and the date is not suitable for you, we can talk to decide on an appropriate schedule.
About me: I'm Eylem, 43 years old and living in Urla for 3,5 years. I had been working at payment and technology indusrty as a global manager for a long time. I was living in Istanbul and travelling almost all the time. I travelled to several countries alone, and this was a great experience for me to extend the ideas in my mind. I studied chef&owner management, created my own food recipes and accordingly I joined into restaurant business. It was a great experience for 1,5 years, however I decided to hand it over to my friends just before the pandemic issues. Now I'm a full time traveler, a local wine tester, sometimes a fisherman, sometimes a gardener and sometimes a local chef in my kitchen. Let's come and join me here :)
Accommodation: The accommodation will be a guest house with separate bedrooms for each TripMate. The whole house will be reserved for us only. Thus, you'll perfectly have your isolated tranquility and can have your spare time. I can't promise however hopefully the house would also have a patio and/or garden for us to socialize.

Urla
Day 1-2
I'll pick you from Izmir airport and after around 40 mins drive we'll enter our charming village - Urla. You'll have time to settle down in our guest house. Then, we'll have our dinner at a local burger pub.

Özbek
Day 2-3
We'll start the day with a yoga & meditation session. Accordingly, we'll go to a small village restaurant to have our breakfast. Then, we'll visit the old Olive Oil Museum and have our wine testing there. You'll have some spare time when we are back at home. Afterward, we'll visit another small village famous with the fishermans. We'll have a short sunset walk near the seaside and have our dinner there. We'll go back to our home for the night.

Samanlı Koyu
Day 3-4
Let's visit another charming village and get the breakfast there. After that, depending on the weather conditions, we'll have a soft offroad adventure at the forest. At the end of the trail, we'll have a short stop at a hidden bay. We'll be back at home around afternoon and then we'll visit the famous Art Street of Urla. There are plenty of small shop for local handmade product producers as well as some street food options. The dinner will be at another local chef's restaurant. You'll be watching the chef while preparing the pasta from the scratch. Upon the request, we can join on a live music session if there is one available in town. We'll go back to our house for the night stay.

Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport
Day 4
Finally, we'll come to the end of our trip. We'll have our last breakfast together and I'll take you back to the airport. The departure time will be around noon. So, please ensure you have an appropriate flight. However, if you don't have flight options please let me know about the flight time, then we can easily arrange your airport drop.
