"Alles kann, nichts muss.", ist eine Redewendung, die zunächst einmal perfekt zu unserer Idee passt. CoWorking und CoLiving auf Madeira ist mehr als "nur" das Digital Nomad Village in Ponta do Sol. Hier wohnen und arbeiten wir alle zusammen. Es gibt hier sieben Schlafräume und eine riesige Aufenthalts-Area im Erdgeschoss, die als CoWorking Space der Mitbewohner genutzt werden kann, mit zwei großen Tischen, perfektem Glasfaser Highspeed Internet, welches im Schnitt mehr als dreimal so schnell wie in Deutschland ist, 75 Zoll TV, zwei Kaminen, großer und voll ausgestatteter Küche, Game Room, Sport- und Fitnessraum und vielen weiteren Annehmlichkeiten. Jedes Zimmer hat einen eigenen Schreibtisch.

Bei allem Komfort, den das Co-Living bietet, spielt für uns vor Ort insbesondere die soziale Komponente eine entscheidende Rolle: „Das „Co“ im Co-Living bedeutet vor allem Community und ist die ideale Kombination aus Privatsphäre und Kontakt zu Gleichgesinnten. Daher gibt es mit allen Interessenten auch einen kurzen Chat oder Call, um zu sehen, ob es vor Ort zusammenpasst. Das ist einer der größten Vorteile: Hier ist es nicht anonym, sondern wir suchen Gleichgesinnte, damit sich vor Ort gemeinsame Aktivitäten ergeben und alle Besucher eine schöne Zeit haben.

UNSERE GEMEINSCHAFT In der Villa leben alle Gäste als Wohngemeinschaft zusammen. Ein Zusammenleben als Gruppe ist kein All-Inclusive-Bespaßungstrip, sondern der Versuch, gemeinsam eine schöne und spannende Zeit zu erleben und setzt in der Folge eine gewisse Integrationsbereitschaft in das Gruppengefüge voraus. Dazu gehört, dass gemeinschaftliche Ausgaben (Einkäufe) geteilt werden, gemeinsam gekocht werden kann, alle gemeinsam für die Sauberkeit verantwortlich sind und alles entspannt und stressfrei ablaufen soll- wie ein Zusammenleben mit Freunden (die man noch nicht kennt). Auch hier noch einmal: Alles kann, nichts muss. Alle Gäste freuen sich einfach auf eine coole, entspannte, erlebnisreiche, gemeinsame Zeit.

ARBEITSPLÄTZE Du kannst am Schreibtisch im Privatzimmer arbeiten oder zwischen verschiedenen Arbeitsplätzen im Innen- und Außenbereich wählen. Wir haben sowohl gemütliche Ecken als auch große Flächen rund um die Villa. Im Garten gibt es ein ausgezeichnetes Wifi-Signal, und Du kannst alle deine Geräte auf dem Balkon und der Terrasse anschließen. Wenn Du lieber mit Leuten um dich herum arbeiten möchtest, gibt es unseren Aufenthaltsraum mit zwei großen Tischen und vielen Stühlen. Auch für wichtige Arbeitsgespräche und vertieftes Arbeiten bist Du bei uns gut aufgehoben: Nutze einfach unseren separaten Work Space für mehr Arbeitsflow.
