Kaya Connections - Nomad Retreats since 2022! We are looking for nomads who do NOT just tick destinations off a list, but want to experience the AUTHENTIC way of living in a country! ✨ For you, travel is not just about seeing the beauty and conveniences of a place, while hearing the stories, learning the basic phrases, and interacting with the locals… It's about building deep connections with likeminded people WHILE opening your eyes to cultures you've never experienced! 💝 And that’s exactly why the Kaya Tribe is here, to build a tribe and make a more FULFILLING nomad adventure. Let a local nomad plan your travels, and discover the Philippines’ in a more fulfilling way. 🏄‍♀️ JOIN US ON OUR NEXT COLIVING RETREAT: KAYA TRIBE 4 🌴 📍 Siargao Island 🇵🇭 🗓️ April 6 - May 3, 2025 What you can expect: 😍 4 weeks of amazing coliving experiences 🏖️ an island trip to remember 🏍️ escape to untouched beauty via road trip 😎 masterminds and community events 🎤 LOTS. OF. KARAOKE. 🤩 EARLY BIRD promo until Dec 31, 2024 (reserve your spot for only $400)

Some of you might already have been to Philippines, and you would know that it’s natural beauty, hospitality, and friendliness is next to none! And we are so so proud of being visited by several people year on year. What you may not have known is that the resentment towards foreigners (both nomads and tourists) is slowly starting to grow - similar to that of Lisbon, Bulgaria, and the likes. A lot of it has to do with cultural inappropriation (ie: people being half naked in our islands, despite our conservative culture), overstaying visas, and generally a lack of education and opportunity to integrate with the locals. This is why we started Kaya Connections - a series of coworkation coliving retreats led by experienced local nomads who are passionate to show people the culture and beauty of the destinations, while pursuing personal growth and professional development.
