Trip Itinerary

Cairo
Day 1-2
This is our arrival day on Saturday. You will get a free transport to the accomodation from the airport. We will meet for the first time and we will have a relaxing rest of the day and night, to recharge for the day after , where we will have a full day tour, as you will read next 🙂

Al Giza
Day 2-3
The day after our arrival we will have a full day tour of 7 hrs to Giza pyramids , the Sphinx ,Saqqara & Memphis. We start our tour visiting the pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx then we will proceed our adventure to Saqqara to see the step pyramide of the king Zoser very famous for its underground inscriptions. Then we get driven to Memphis ( which is considered an open air museum), first capital ever in human history, where we will see the huge statue for king Ramses II, then we will be accompanied back to our accommodation. The tour will last around 7 hours.

Nile River Cruises
Day 3-4
Free morning and afternoon and in the evening we will experience an evening cruise, along the Nile River in Cairo, while enjoying a dinner buffet and traditional entertainment, on an elegant cruising restaurant while taking in the sights of Cairo. During the evening we will enjoy an open buffet that features international and Egyptian cuisine. In addition, there will be entertainment by a folkloric and belly-dancing show. This is a full evening out and a great opportunity to enjoy good food, unique entertainment, and a romantic evening gazing at the sights along the banks of the Nile, why not.. This experience will last approximately 3 hours. Includes dinner and bottled water but nor drinks.

Cairo
Day 4-5
We will enjoy a free day to do whatever pleases us, you can choose to relax indoors, watch a movie, go to the cinema, , visit one of the many ultra modern shopping malls, take a walk or go to the public swimming pool. Uber is used daily by tourists and locals and it is very cheap to go to the city center with them (around 12 US dollars return/ 10 euros).

The Egyptian Museum in Cairo
Day 5-6
Today is the day we will visit the amazing Egyptian Museum of Cairo! We will start with the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization. Located in Old Cairo, the museum showcases 50,000 artifacts and tells the story of Egyptian heritage and culture. Next, we will visit Saladin Citadel, built in 1183. This huge structure protected Cairo from several enemy attacks. Admire the beautiful city views of Cairo and the desert from the citadel. Listen to interesting stories about its construction and history from our guide. Then, it’s time to enjoy an authentic lunch at a local restaurant. Move to visit the Egyptian Museum, which features artifacts from the Pharaonic period. The museum displays a rare collection of 5000 years of art which is considered the largest most precious collection of Egyptian art in the world. Over 250,000 genuine artifacts are presented, After a memorable 8 hrs tour discovering the city, we will go back home.

Khan el-Khalili
Day 6-7
We will visit the famous Khan El Khalili Bazaar to experience the bustling and vibrant atmosphere of Cairo. We can shop for souvenirs, spices, and jewelry while enjoying street performers and musicians. This itinerary will also include a traditional Egyptian dinner before heading home

Day 7-8
We will enjoy a free day to do whatever pleases us, you can choose to relax indoors, watch a movie, go to the cinema, , visit one of the many ultra modern shopping malls, take a walk or go to the public swimming pool. Again you can use Uber to go wherever you like.

Day 8-9
We will embark on an extraordinary shopping adventure in the heart of Cairo, where the vibrant city unveils its treasures. Day 9
Check out! This is our last day of our 8 nights holiday together! I believe we have had a magnificent holiday together and we will go home, changed by our luxurious, cultural and mystical adventure in Cairo! We will get our transport to go to the airport and continue our lives, with the new friends we met on this magical trip!
