This is more than just a retreat—it’s a journey of connection, presence, and transformation. As we move through the breathtaking landscapes of the Himalayas, we’ll deepen our yoga practice, immerse ourselves in Ladakhi culture, and embrace the adventure that unfolds along the way.
This isn’t a tightly scheduled tour—it’s a mindful experience. If you’re looking for a minute-by-minute itinerary, this might not be for you. But if you’re open to deep cultural immersion, flowing with the moment, and sharing this journey with like-minded souls, you’re in the right place. Whether it’s an impromptu meditation overlooking a vast valley, a chai break with a local family, or a sunset yoga session in a breathtaking spot, this is about moving mindfully, not rushing through a checklist.
From the tranquil waters of Srinagar to the vibrant energy of the Ladakh Festival, from the stillness of ancient monasteries to the wild beauty of high-altitude deserts, every moment is an invitation to be fully present. Through daily yoga, meditation, and conscious travel, we’ll not only explore the land but also ourselves—returning home with a renewed sense of clarity, purpose, and connection.
Guiding this journey are Jess and Rochak, a duo passionate about crafting meaningful experiences. Jess will lead yoga and meditation, while Rochak—the logistics wizard—ensures everything runs seamlessly (and may even guide you through a powerful breathwork session). Together, they create a space for adventure, self-discovery, and deep cultural immersion.
Back home in Kathmandu, the Yoga Treks Nepal team wouldn’t be complete without Motley and Kakashi—our beloved four-legged office assistants. Motley is the official welcome committee, treat enthusiast, and master of dramatic belly flops, while Kakashi is our mischievous little explorer, always up to something. Sadly, they won’t be joining us on this trip, but they’ll be keeping things in order at HQ, ready to greet you if your travels ever bring you to Nepal!
Throughout this journey, we’ll be staying in a carefully curated mix of boutique accommodations—from a serene cottage on the lake in Srinagar to cozy stays in Leh and tented camps in the remote wilderness. Most nights, you’ll have your own private room, though in some locations, shared accommodations may be necessary due to availability.
This retreat is designed for a minimum of four travelers. If we don’t reach this number by August 15, 2025, the trip will still go ahead, but with a small-group adjustment:
3 travelers: +$495 per person
2 travelers: +$1,295 per person
If this happens, you'll have the option to pay the additional amount or receive a full refund—whatever feels right for you. I’ll keep you updated along the way!
This experience is about embracing the unknown, moving with intention, and forming beautiful connections—with the land, with the culture, and with each other. If you're ready to travel with an open heart and a sense of adventure, then this is the journey for you.
