Personal guided 1 to 1 tour.

I am a certified counsellor, and this retreat is aimed at any lady who would like to combine a peaceful and relaxing break with tailored counselling or life coaching. I run a 'not for profit' counselling business, hence the low cost. I am fully Insured and DBS checked. I am experienced in bereavement, marriage, relationship and work counselling, and can also help you set lifestyle objectives.

Our accommodation is a two bedroom apartment in Oban, making all of Oban's attractions just a short walk away. Double bedroom for guest. We shall be out the accommodation during the day, but the lounge provides a comfortable space for our counselling/coaching sessions. Breakfast is self service at the apartment. Any questions about the trip? You can let me know in the Q&A section!

Trip Itinerary
1

Oban

Day 1-2
We have three nights stay in our two bedded room at the Ranald apartments in Oban town centre. Within walking distance of Oban's nightlife, the distillery tour and McCaig's tower (pictured above). We shall mix eating at the apartment with meals out, and there is no shortage of restaurants within 5 minutes walk!
2

Glencoe

Day 2-3
We drive to the National Trust for Scotland's Glencoe visitor centre, stopping for pictures and to admire the view of Castle Stalker, seen above, sitting in the loch. If we are lucky the hills of Glencoe will be covered in snow. The Glencoe visitor centre has some lovely walks next to it, ranging from 1 to 3 miles. It also features the rebuilt Creel House (also pictured above) which is impressive!
3

Isle of Mull

Day 3
We take the morning sailing on Cal Mac ferries from Oban to Craignure on the Isle of Mull. This short (50 minute) sailing is relaxing and provides a perfect photo opportunity from the outside decks. We then drive across the Island to the port of Ffionnphort (pictured above), where the ferry departs for Iona.
4

Iona

Day 3-4
The ferry from Mull to Iona takes under 10 minutes, and we then arrive on the Island that is the seat of Christianity in Scotland. Referred to as a 'thin place', as the peace and solitude are meant to bring you closer to God. Whether you are a Christian or not, this is a tremendous island to visit. Our trip includes your entry to Iona Abbey, and we spend 2-3 hours on Iona before we have to head back home, again crossing Mull on the journey home.
5

Loch Lomond

Day 4
We leave Oban in the morning for the journey home. On the way back we shall stop at Luss on the 'bonnie, bonnie, banks' of Loch Lomond, for a short stop and a photo opportunity. If you are a 'wild swimmer' there is the chance of a dip in Loch Lomond, albeit it will be 'brass monkeys' as we say in Scotland!
