More than 2000 km inside Kruger

We will start our journey at the city of Johannesburg and have a road trip of 5-6h to a northern gate of Kruger National Park, we will cover 2000 km inside Kruger National Park ( North, Center, South, 2 nights each) to discover and wander about the whole diversity of the park and try to find the big 5 (Lion, Leopard, Elephant, Rhino and Buffalo). We will ride in a comfortable vehicule (Fortuner or similar) through the park, sleeping in the sanpark accomodations switch between cottage and bungalows, and one special night on a private reserve. Waking early at 5am is a most to maximize our chances to see more wildlife and meet our itinerary based on the national park rules. This trip is for you if you enjoy nature, wildlife and road trips.

Our accomodations will be mostly on Sanparks rest camps and one night we will stay at a private reserve for a more luxury experience. -Bungalows: single bed or shared bed, 2-4 pax.Private bathroom. O.R. Tambo International Airport

Day 1-2

We will start our date early in the morning at 7am, pickup point will be O.R Tambo International Airport. Our first day will be a 6 h drive until we arrive to Phalaborwa Gate at the northern part of Kruger National park around 14:00 pm. Our first self drive safari will be a 3 h drive (74 km) until we arrived to Mopani Rest Camp and rest in our Cottage for the first night and waiting for any surprise nature want to gives us.

Olifants Rest Camp

Day 2-3

Day 3 will be a long day at the road (187 km) we will hit to Olifants Camp in the center of Krugar National Park. First stop will be around Mocapi (4h-101 km), to take lunch and rest. To later continue to our final destination at Olifants Camp (3.25 h-86 km) After our safari ride, we will rest in our bungalow to recharge energy for tomorrow.

Sirheni Bushveld Camp

Day 3-4

Starting the day early with the opening of the doors around 5 am, we will start our safari heading north to Sirheni Bushveld Camp (101 km-4 h). We will check in and lunch at the Camp, and drive highways and secondary streets around our camp and return before 6pm. We will end our day with a nice meal or barbecue and rest in our cottage.

Manyeleti Game Reserve

Day 4-5

Day 4 start with the opening of the gate at first hour to start our safari and drive 110 km (4h ) until we reach Manyeleti Game Reserve (or simillar upon availability). During our stay on this private reserve, all food is included, water and 2 safari per day (afternoon and morning next day). This will be our relaxing day to recover our energies and have a bit of luxury in our adventure.

Skukuza Rest Camp

Day 5-6

After we finish our morning safari and have breakfast, we will start our journey heading Skukuza rest camp (4h -100 km). We will lunch at the camp, check in and rest. This day we will have a night guide game to have the opportunity to see animals behaviour by night and other species.

Lower Sabie Rest Camp

Day 6-7

At the opening of the gates we will start our safari self driven around the highways and secondary streets around Skukuza camp and later head to a Lower Sabie (1.5 h-44 km), take lunch and ride on the afternoon around this camp. This will be our last night at the Kruger National park but not our last safari.

O.R. Tambo International Airport

Day 7

We will say see you later to KNP in our last driven safari at first light in the morning (37 km), we will exit the park by Crocodrile bridge gate and return back in a 6 h drive to Johanesburg using the panoramic view route. Feeling grateful and a lot of joy, each one of us will follow their next adventure or a safe return to home, the trip will end at the JNB Airport, estimate arrival 7pm.
