Kitesurf the Garden Route

Escape the Coronalockdowns and travel with us to Southfrica. See the Garden Route from a completely new perspective, from the water- check out all the different spots. The lakes and pristine beaches of the Garden Route and Sedgefield in particular offer kiting opportunities as diverse as anywhere in the world and is suitable for beginners through to expert kiters. This trip is for beginners and advanced people . We will check your level and progress from there- you tell us what you want to learn. We use radio and videocoaching to help you reaching a higher level while kiting all the different spots in the area. You can rely on us to have the complete tour ready, including transport, accommodation & guiding services of the highest quality. Zeb and I, Kathrin, travel the world for the passion of our sport and have been teaching paragliding, paramotoring and kitesurfing for many years as well as joining competitions. The tour starts at George Airport, where you are picked up. From there, for the next 7 days, you will have the opportunity to kite all the different spots between Wilderness and Knysna. You will also have the possibility to try wingfoiling and we will take you on a taster session for paragliding. On days where the weather is not good for kitesurfing (happens very rare in January), we will visit a National Park and discover elephants, rhinos, lions, buffalos and leopards on safari or go swimming in waterfalls, in the evenings, you can relax, take walks on the beach or do BBQ and campfires. Endless beaches, five natural lakes, waterfalls and breathtaking rivers, all bordered by high mountains, make the region a paradise for outdoor sports enthusiasts such as paragliders, kite surfers and mountain bikers. Imagine kitesurfing for kilometres at high speed, seeing the coastline in a way that others can't, being cheered along by dolphins and blown by a perfect wind. There are few better ways to while away a few hours. There are beach bars and restaurants, where you can quench your thirst and grab a bite. Our hotel is located directly on one of these kitespots above a magical beach that gently hugs the endless Indian Ocean. We got a whole villa for ourselves with a big garden, BBQ and 4 bedrooms. Enjoying the salty sea breezes, brilliant sunsets, sweeping panoramic views and the excellent and affordable restaurants in the area make our stay in Sedgefield a mecca for kiting!
