Day 1

Your romantic journey continues with a leisurely stroll through the charming streets of Gzira and Sliema, where the Mediterranean breeze carries whispers of love. Enjoy the ambience, savoring sunset views of Valletta, followed by a delightful dinner at a Sliema restaurant if we decide to come back earlier. Optional tonight and the next days, after our dinner we can discover the nightlife in the area or in the vibrant St Julians.

Today we experience a trip on a ferry to the capital city Valletta, admiring the views of the island from the sea. By day, Valletta unfolds as a romantic tapestry, with its historic streets and Baroque architecture providing a captivating backdrop for couples to explore hand in hand. Valletta is known for its impressive fortifications and defensive walls, which were constructed to protect the city from invasions. The fortified walls, bastions, and moats offer panoramic views of the Grand Harbor and the surrounding areas. Valletta is often referred to as the "City of Palaces" due to its numerous grand palaces and noble residences. These palaces, such as the Grandmaster's Palace and Casa Rocca Piccola, showcase the opulence and grandeur of the city's past. Valletta is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, recognized for its outstanding universal value and historical significance. Witness the spectacle of cannon saluting battery if we're lucky. The Saluting Battery is a historic artillery battery that dates back to the 16th century. Today, it offers a unique experience as you can witness the firing of cannons, accompanied by stunning views of the Grand Harbor.

Birgu

Day 2

Continuing our exploration we take a ferry from Valletta to the Three Cities (Vittoriosa, Senglea, and Cospicua) that are steeped in history and offer a glimpse into Malta's past. We will explore the narrow streets, visit historical sites, and soak in the charm of these ancient cities, finding moments of serenity for meditation along the way. Here we can have a lunch at one of the restaurants near the sea offering a pretty view and the surrounding. Our journey today does not stop here! We return to Valletta in the evening, where the city's vibrant atmosphere offers a unique backdrop for reflection.

Valletta in the evening transforms into a captivating and enchanting place, offering a unique atmosphere that is worth experiencing. Let's have dinner whilst enjoying this ambience. Valletta's architectural marvels come alive with a magical glow and with the warm evening light, create a captivating ambiance that exudes elegance and grandeur. The narrow streets and charming alleyways of Valletta take on a romantic allure in the evening.
