Unique view of Cang Mountains and Erhai

Dali City (大理市) is the county-level seat of the Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture in northwestern Yunnan, China. The county-level city surrounds Erhai Lake between the Cang Mountains to the west and Mount Jizu to the east. In this trip, I will take you experience the beautiful natural scenery and unique human landscape.

About me! I'm Kylie, currently in my late 20s. Originally from Beijing, and living in Dali, China now. I'm a person addicted to travel, and also working in a travel company.I spent two years in the New York City, half a year in Sweden.

Details about the accommodation! Unique hostel will be our first option. Hostels in Dali are more like small hotels, but operated by individuals. You have the option to choose a private room, or a shared room. We can also explore camping options if possible. Dali Town

Day 1-3

Dali is one of Yunnan's most popular tourist destinations. Sights include: Three Pagodas and Chongsheng Temple Xizhou: a historical town famed for its architecture and woodwork Shuang lang: on the east side of the lake, once a small fishing village, now a rather high-class tourist destination, most buildings and businesses having overtaken the village since 2012. The coast is now completely built up by tourism estates. Cang Mountain, west of the Old City and the Three Pagodas

Eryuan County

Day 3

Eryuan is a county in the Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture located in southern Yunnan Province, China. It is about 40 mins drive from Dali Old Town. There is great hot spring resources in Eryuan, I would like to take you experience it and relax in the nature.

Shaxizhen

Day 3-5

Shaxi is a historic market town in Jianchuan County, Dali Prefecture, Yunnan province, China. It is located roughly halfway between Dali and Lijiang. The Sideng market square of Shaxi was added to the World Monuments Watch List of 100 Most Endangered Sites in 2001.
