Lisbon
Day 1-4
Arrive and head to the accommodations where I will be there to greet you! After settling in and getting to know each other a bit, we will head out for a walk and get some traditional Portuguese food and wine.

Lisbon
Day 4
We will start the day with some delicious pastel de nata. This is a Portuguese custard tart made with puff pastry and filled with egg custard that is served with a dusting of powdered sugar and a pinch of cinnamon. They are divine and a treat we cannot miss while here! Enjoyed with a coffee and perhaps something more filling, we will go for a free walking tour - remember to bring some bills to tip at the end of the tour! After the walking tour, let's head out and enjoy the afternoon walking through the city centre, perhaps enjoying some street food too. Dinner plans can be made as we walk around.

Lisbon
Day 4
Today will be a great day - it is our Food and Wine Tour! Savor gourmet foods from Portugal during this small-group guided food and wine tour of Lisbon. Porto
Day 4-7
This morning, we leave for Porto by train, arriving shortly before lunch. Once we get settled into our accommodations, we will head out for a free walking tour at 4pm. We will see the highlights of Porto! We will spend 3 nights in Porto. Tonight we will enjoy a sunset cruise after the walking tour.

Coimbra
Day 7
Today we will be going on a guided day trip to Fatima and Coimbra. Get a deeper insight into Portuguese culture and history than is possible alone on this guided tour to from Porto to Fátima and Coimbra. Visit the Sanctuary of Fátima and learn about the religious apparitions that occurred there 100 years ago. After some free time in the city, head next to the university town of Coimbra, where you can visit the cathedral and the oldest university in Portugal. The cost is 80 Euros.

Porto
Day 7
Today will be a free day! Head out and enjoy some of the sights you want to revisit, have a delicious lunch, and we will arrange a meeting time and place for dinner. Tonight we will head to a restaurant for delicious food and to listen to some amazing Fado music! It will be a treat for your senses!

Day 7
Today we will head back to Lisbon for our last full day in Portugal. Let's enjoy our trip back to Lisbon and check out our favourite places. Perhaps an evening of wine and a good meal, then a walk by the river before heading back to our place.

It's time to head home today. Let's enjoy breakfast together - maybe another Portuguese tart for the road - before heading to the airport and head back with some amazing memories to share with everyone.
