Negombo
Day 1-2
Hey there, friends! 🌟 I'm absolutely thrilled to welcome you at the Colombo International Airport. As soon as you step off that plane, I will be in the Arrival lobby, ready to give you a warm Sri Lankan greeting. Once we've ensured everyone's safe and sound, we'll whisk you away to the nearby vehicle park – no need to worry about any hustle and bustle. 🚗 But wait, we know those flights can be tiring, so we've got a little treat in store for you. We're heading to a cosy restaurant just around the corner to kick-start your day with a hearty breakfast. It's the perfect way to recharge after your journey and catch up on all the exciting adventures ahead.

Dambulla
Day 2-3
Our adventure begins as we depart for Dambulla, a drive that offers you a glimpse of Sri Lanka's picturesque countryside. After approximately 3 hours, with comfortable stops in between, we arrive at our first destination a UNESCO World Heritage Site - Sigiriya,The Lion rock. The iconic rock fortress built between 477-495 AD. Explore the historical wonders of this site before returning to your comfortable accommodations. Visit the famous Dambulla Temple, a complex of caves with paintings on the walls and ceiling. After breakfast, we'll be up bright and early to explore the wonders of this incredible park, where you'll have the chance to spot some of Sri Lanka's most majestic wildlife in their natural habitat. 🐘🦜🌿 Minneriya National Park is truly a gem in the heart of Sri Lanka, and its specialty lies in its incredible biodiversity and, most notably, its awe-inspiring gatherings of elephants. 🐘 The Elephant Gathering: Minneriya is renowned for hosting one of the world's most remarkable natural spectacles – the annual elephant gathering. During the dry season (usually from June to October), hundreds of Asian elephants congregate near the Minneriya Tank, creating a breathtaking and unforgettable sight. Kandy
Day 3-4
Leave for Kandy (Approx. 2 hrs 30 mins), right after breakfast. Then continue the journey towards Kandy and upon arrival in Kandy, we will visit, 1. Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic (Sri Dalada Maligawa): This is Kandy's most iconic attraction and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It houses the sacred tooth relic of Buddha, making it a significant pilgrimage site for Buddhists. The temple's architecture and the rituals performed here are truly captivating. 2. Peradeniya Royal Botanic Gardens: Take a leisurely stroll through these beautifully landscaped gardens. You'll encounter a diverse range of flora, including orchids, palms, giant bamboo, and more. Don't miss the stunning avenue of royal palms! 3. Kandy Lake (Kiri Muhuda or Sea of Milk): This picturesque lake, built by King Sri Wickrama Rajasinghe in 1807, adds to Kandy's scenic beauty. You can take a pleasant walk around the lake and enjoy the calm atmosphere. 4. Ceylon Tea Museum: Learn about Sri Lanka's tea heritage with a visit to this museum. Discover the history of tea production and enjoy some delightful tea tastings. 5. Kandy Cultural Show: End your day with a cultural show featuring traditional dance and music, providing insight into the island's vibrant culture. Overnight stay in hotel. Ella
Day 4-5
Leave for Ella (Approx. 2 hrs 30 mins), right after breakfast. Ella has all the best parts of Sri Lanka rolled into one: beautiful jungle mountains, rolling tea plantations, and epic waterfalls. As one of the biggest tea producers, we can look forward to spending our 2 days among the greenest surroundings, enjoying the views from hilltop houses and adventurous hiking trails. Even the train ride to Ella is one of life’s most remarkable experiences, as you travel by iconic blue train through bamboo forests and tropical mist. In our 2 days at Ella, we can do, 1. Climb up Little Adam’s Peak 2. Walk Along the Rails of Nine Arch Bridge, Ella 3. Join a Cooking Class at Ella Spice Garden (Optional) 4. Flying Ravana Zip Line (Optional)

Unawatuna
Day 5-6
Unawatuna is a town in southern Sri Lanka. It’s known for its coral reef and its palm-lined beaches, like Unawatuna Beach. Nestled in nearby jungle, the Japanese Peace Pagoda has a stupa with ocean views. The Sea Turtle Farm and Hatchery south of town protects endangered species. North across the bay is the city of Galle’s fortified old town, founded by the Portuguese and expanded by the Dutch in the 17th century We check into the Hotel Sanmira in unawatuna for the day.

Colombo
Day 6
As our journey draws to a close, check out from the hotel after breakfast and embark on a scenic 4-5-hour drive to Colombo to do the city tour and then to the airport. It will be fond memories, incredible experiences and memories gathered during your Sri Lankan adventure.
