Easter Island
Day 1-2
DAY 01 Welcome at Mataveri airport with flower necklace and transfer to hotel HALF DAY OF TUR AKIVI: the guide will pick you up to begin the visit to the Tahai archaeological complex that has 3 restored platforms and the only moai that currently has its eyes made of white coral. Then we will go to the interior of the island to visit Ahu Akivi, its 7 moai that look towards the sea, which were restored in 1960. The last point of this visit is Puna Pau, where we will learn more about the “pukao” or hair of the moai. We will walk up to the tip of a small volcano to see its crater with red slag, the place where the moai bows were carved. We will also have a beautiful view towards Maunga Terevaka and the town. Ahu Akahanga
Day 2-3
DAY 02 Breakfast at the hotel In the morning, the guide will pick you up at the hotel and thus begin the tour along the south coast until you reach Akahanga, a place where there is a platform with 12 statues and a typical Rapanui village without restore with remains of houses, old kitchens and a small cave. We will head east to visit Ahu Tongariki, an imposing platform restored in the 90s, in addition to being the largest ceremonial center in all of Polynesia, which has 15 standing moai. The next stop will be at the Rano Raraku volcano where we will walk for approximately 1 hour. On this tour we will be able to see more than 400 moai in their different stages of carving. At the place you will learn the history of carving and moving the statues. Then we will head towards the magical northeast coast to stop at Te Pito Kura. This place is characterized by having the largest moai carved, transported and standing on a platform (10 meters high approx.), and also a perfect oval stone that is found on the seashore and according to legend it would have been brought by King Hotu MAtu'a from Hiva. To end a spectacular day, the last stop will be at Anakena Beach, a paradise with white coral sands and turquoise waters. The beach also has the Ahu Nau Nauy Ahu Ature Huke which were scenes of great discoveries (bring a bathing suit) Duration: 7 hrs. approx. Accommodation

Rano Kau
Day 3-4
DAY 03 Breakfast at the hotel 09:00 hrs. HALF DAY OF TUR ORONGO: in the morning the guide picks you up at the hotel to visit the Vinapu sector, where Ahu Tahira is located and its famous wall, quite similar to the buildings of the Incas. You can also see a moai made of red slag, which could represent a woman with two heads. The tour continues uphill by vehicle until reaching the Rano Kau volcano, which has the largest crater on the island. The view is impressive!!! The last point to visit will be the Orongo ceremonial village, where we will learn in detail about the Birdman competition which lasted more than 2 centuries. Duration: 3 hrs. approx. Free afternoon

Day 4
