This is a 4-day retreat aimed at disconnecting and reconnecting with nature, beauty, and our inner selves. We will be staying at a beachfront resort where we can enjoy morning and afternoon Ashtanga Yoga sessions with Laura, and diving during the day. Participants can choose to do either two fun dives per day or take the 3-day Open Water course (for an extra 40 EUR). In any case, it will be a wonderful experience where we can explore the underwater world and recharge our energy. We will also have the opportunity to try a Thai Cooking class.

Hi I'm Christina! I am an experienced traveler with a passion for exploration and adventure, having lived in multiple countries, including Thailand, where I earned my diving certification. As a certified Yoga and Acro Yoga instructor, I’ve deepened my practice through immersive courses in Spain and India. Now, I am excited to share my two greatest passions—diving and yoga—with a small, like-minded group

We will be staying at a beautiful resort with stunning ocean views, providing the perfect backdrop for relaxation and rejuvenation. Our stay includes a delicious breakfast each morning, ensuring we start our days energized. Day 1: Meet with the group and get to know one another. Spend the afternoon relaxing on the beach, soaking in the sun and ocean breeze. In the evening, enjoy a rejuvenating yoga class to unwind and set intentions for the retreat and a Thai cooking lesson.

Day 2-4
Day 2 to 5: Start the day with an invigorating morning yoga session to energize the body. After breakfast, embark on an exciting diving adventure to explore the vibrant underwater world. Wind down with an evening yoga class, reflecting on the day’s experiences.

Day 4-5
Day 5: Spend your final day relaxing on the beach, savoring the last moments of tranquility. Enjoy a leisurely morning, take in the beautiful surroundings, and share heartfelt goodbyes with new friends before departing.
