Chapter 2 - North Macedonia.
In just a few days in North Macedonia, we will see its most fascinating sights:
- The capital city of Skopje and its beautiful old streets
- The beautiful lake Ohrid and the nearby attractions: St. Jovan Kaneo, Tsar Samuel's Fortress, and the Saint Sophia church
- The Matka lake and Matka Canyon
We will also try Macedonian cuisine and immerse into the local culture!

Day 1-2

Day 1 - Skopje, Old Bazaar, Macedonia Square, The Stone Bridge
On day one, we will check in to our apartment in Skopje and take a walking tour around the city.
We will visit the most important places and learn about the Macedonian history with experienced tour guides. We will see the famous Old Bazaar, the Macedonia Square and the Stone Bridge.
At night, we will go out and have dinner at one of the local restaurants to taste the traditional food.

Ohrid
Day 2-3

Day 2 – Lake Ohrid, St. Jovan Kaneo, Tsar Samuel's Fortress, Church of Saint Sophia
On day two, we will rent a car and travel to the southwest part of the country. We will see the fascinating lake Ohrid, the old temple of Saint Jovan, the Tsar Samuel's Fortress, and the Saint Sophia's church.
We will come back to Skopje by the evening.

Matka
Day 3-4

Day 3 – Matka Canyon, Matka Lake
On day three, we will have yet another day trip. This time, we will see the breathtaking Matka Canyon and Matka Lake. We will traverse the canyon in a boat to fully dive into this experience and create memories which will stay with us for the rest of our lives!

Day 4 - Last Day, New Chapter
Our last day in North Macedonia! Let's have breakfast together and stroll around the beautiful streets of Skopje one more time. Some of us will go back home, and the others - continue travelling to Montenegro.
