Hi, my name is Claire and I am planning a relaxed holiday/coworking stay in my beloved France. I have lived and studied in France from a young age and I dare to say that I am *almost* French. I am passionate about French culture and would love to share my knowledge with you! Join us for an unforgettable week on the Atlantic coast in south Bretagne and experience authentic France! WHAT TO EXPECT? 👀 - Cute historic town wih easy access to the beach - Cultural activities within reach (museums, historic sights, traditional architecture etc) - Accommodation close to a skydiving centre (with enough time to complete training and get your skydiving licence!) If you don't need a licence, you can of course just try one or two jumps with scenic aerial views of the “côte sauvage” aka the wild coast. WHAT I EXPECT FROM YOU? 🤔 This trip is for you if you want to spend some time in an authentic part of France and experience more than just a recommended 3-day itinerary through Paris. You like: - Sharing food - Living in the moment - Freedom to play it by ear - Open to new experiences - Meeting new, interesting people from different walks of life You will be your own boss regarding your schedule. If you are planning to work a 9-5, that’s totally OK. If your work schedule is relaxed or you are not planning to work much at all, you will have plenty of opportunities to go skydiving, relax at the beach, try various water sports, discover the coast by foot or bike, enjoy French cuisine, explore the local market or discover the picturesque medieval town of Vannes and visit its many historic sights and museums. I am organizing this trip together with a friend who is as real of a Parisian as one can be: he will make sure there is always good bread in the house and that everyone interested gets to share an authentic French "apéro" with us every evening (pre-dinner drinks with savoury bites like cheese and charcuterie). Between the two of us, we will ensure you’ll have an authentic French experience and plentiful opportunities to practice your français! If bread, cheese, and wine are not your thing, don’t worry - they’re not part of my standard diet either and I'll ensure there are fruits & veggies and gluten & lactose free snacks around. Everyone will be free to plan their own meals. We love to share food and enjoy quality time together with others, though there will be no obligation to hang out with the group or participate in group dining at any time. I don’t drink and so there will be no pressure in that regard either. In short, show up as you are and we will be delighted to get to know you! :) WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?💰 The price includes accommodation. We will be staying in a shared house with a kitchen, a large living room, free wifi, 4 bathrooms, and spacious rooms. Transportation is not included. HOW TO GET THERE? 🚄 You can arrive to Paris and spend the weekend there and then take the fast TGV train to Vannes (less than 3h) on Monday. Alternatively, you can fly to Rennes and then take the train (1h). If you want to travel by bus, you can check out Eurolines/Isilines, Flixbus or Ouibus. My friend has a car and we might potentially be able to pick you up in Paris on Monday. Sounds great? Shoot me a message!
