Negombo
Day 1-2
Arrive in Colombo and transfer to Negombo (about 45 min drive from the airport). Negombo is a beach town with a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after your flight and best place for taste sea foods.

Sigiriya
Day 2-3
Visit the Dambulla Cave Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The cave temple complex houses over 150 Buddha statues and murals. In the afternoon, climb Sigiriya Lion Rock, an ancient fortress perched on a 600-foot-high rock.

Trincomalee
Day 3-6
Take a morning jeep safari in National Park. The park is home to a variety of wildlife, including elephants, leopards, bears, and deer. Relax on the beaches of Trincomalee, a beautiful coastal town on the east coast of Sri Lanka. Trincomalee is a great place to go swimming, snorkeling, and diving.

Kandy
Day 6-8
Travel to Kandy, the cultural capital of Sri Lanka. Kandy is a beautiful hill station located around a lake. Visit the Temple of the Tooth Relic, one of the most sacred Buddhist temples in Sri Lanka. The temple houses the tooth of the Buddha, which is a sacred relic for Buddhists. In the evening, enjoy a traditional Kandyan cultural dance performance.

Ella
Day 8-10
The train ride from Nanu Oya to Ella is considered one of the most scenic train journeys in Sri Lanka, and possibly the world. It travels through the heart of Sri Lanka's Hill Country, offering breathtaking views of lush green hills, cascading waterfalls, tea plantations.

Tissamaharama
Day 10-11
Spend one night in Yala to do jeep safaris in Yala National Park, one of the best places in Sri Lanka to see leopards. The park is also home to elephants, bears, crocodiles, and many species of birds.

Bentota
Day 11-12
Head to Coconut Tree Hill, a small promontory offering panoramic vistas of the coastline. Climb up the viewpoint to be rewarded with breathtaking views of the turquoise waters and swaying palm trees. Where traditional fishermen perch precariously on tall stilts, casting their nets into the Indian Ocean. Capture the essence of this timeless practice with your camera. Travel to Galle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and delve into its rich colonial history. Explore the majestic Galle Fort, a 17th-century Dutch fortress, with its imposing ramparts, cobbled streets, and charming shops.

Day 12
Wake up early and savor the serene beauty of Bentota's beaches. Take a refreshing dip in the crystal-clear waters, or indulge in a leisurely stroll along the golden sands, collecting seashells as keepsakes. Depending on your flight timings, relax on the beaches of Bentota or take a scenic drive back to airport for your departure flight.
