Santa Bárbara Castle is perched 166 meters above sea level, offering an unrivalled view of the Bay of Alicante. Situated on the seafront, it is one of the largest medieval fortresses in Spain, and a must-see during your stay!

Barrio de Santa Cruz

At the foot of the Santa Barbara castle, you'll find this small, white-painted district, the origin of the city of Alicante as we know it today. Let yourself be surprised! Come and stroll through the narrow streets and staircases that characterize the district, whose opaline whiteness is enhanced by the many pots of geraniums and charming little squares!
