Day 1-3

We will be exploring the city of San Jose, its museums of ancient pre-Columbian gold and Jade Museums, the National Theater, a replica of the Paris Opera house that opened in 1897. We will go to the Central Market for souvenirs and for a typical lunch called “Casado! We will visit in the evening Bario Escalante, San Jose’s Gastronomic and entertainment center, where we can delight in the local cuisine from all parts of the globe.

Parque Nacional Rincón de la Vieja

Day 3-5

Continuing with our adventure, we will visit the active volcano “Volcan Rincon de la Vieja” where much adventure awaits us! You will get to know everything from a dry forest to a cloud forest, in the middle of a volcanic environment on a short tour. Emanations of boiling mud, boiling water, and vapors resonating in the air. There are unique experiences that can only be lived in this Park, such as a visit to the La Cangreja waterfall (known as the 'blue lagoon' due to the characteristic color of the water). The paths through the different environments with impressive views of the sea. A place where the volcanic component is combined with its fumaroles, lagoons, and Pailas de Barro, with a great variety of ecosystems and impressive landscapes, waterfalls, areas of grasslands in regeneration, and primary forests. The park has a network of trails needs. All trails offer good chances of spotting birds, mammals, and reptiles.

Del Coco Beach

Day 5-8

If your ideal vacation involves beach parties, water sports, and the chance to indulge in some fishing, Costa Rica is your go-to destination!
