Let's Czech out the highlights of Prague and area!

We will all meet at the accommodations on arrival in Prague. Once settled in, we will have a quick overview of our time in Europe, then we will head out to start exploring Prague. There is always something going on in the City Centre, so we will head there tonight to enjoy the amazing view of the Castle from across the river, and take a stroll through Old Town Square. We will stop somewhere to enjoy a beer (or other beverage). We can talk about what we want to see and do for the next few days.

Good Morning – bright and early, we will head to the magical Prague Castle. I will show you my favorite places at the Castle and the surrounding area. We will enjoy a tour of the Castle, which is included in the price of the trip. We will then walk down the stairs towards Malostranska (possibly take the tram depending on weather). From there, we will wander down the streets, and head to Charles Bridge. The Lennon Wall is one site to see, as well as the sights and sounds of the Bridge. Lunch will be on our way. The afternoon is yours to explore! Of course, I’ll be around for recommendations or even if you’d like to continue walking around with me, I’ll show you some of my favourite places in Prague! Tonight, let's talk about Karlstejn, our day trip tomorrow, and also talk about our Do It Yourself food tour the following day.

Morning – breakfast together - let’s pick up some delicious chlebicka from a local bakery and some local pastries. Czech breakfast choices are amazing! Today will be a day full of walking so be prepared with some good shoes or boots (depending on weather!). We will be heading by train to enjoy one of my favourite places in the Czech Republic - Karlstejn. It's a beautiful town only 45 minutes away on train from Prague. We will walk up the big hill to the Castle, enjoy the views, and if you would like, you can purchase a ticket for a tour inside the Castle. I will be heading back down to the town area to enjoy some coffee. Meet me down there (meeting spot will be discussed) and we can enjoy lunch at one of the many cafes in Karlstejn. We will head back to Prague whenever we are all ready to go, and enjoy the rest of the day wandering through different areas of Prague.

This morning will be our DIY food tour, where we will head to markets and food stalls to try some of the delicious, authentic Czech food. We will also be heading to Vysehrad, which is another castle located in Prague that is just as amazing as the Prague Castle is, with lovely grounds to walk through. Later tonight, we will head out for a lovely dinner at one of the special restaurants in Prague. A great way to end our whirlwind weekend in Prague!

Time to head back to reality! Let's have one more breakfast together before parting ways. Perhaps a breakfast at the amazing Cafe Savoy or a cafe. Depending on flight times, we can spend our remaining time together going for another walk to the City centre.
