Hello Everyone, I'm JB, an engineer and avid runner with a passion for quality, healthy food and engaging conversations. I thrive on organizing and planning trips, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully considered. As I embark on my journey to Japan, I'm excited to explore the rich culture, indulge in delicious cuisine, and connect with new friends. Whether it's discovering hidden gems in bustling cities or enjoying serene moments in nature, I look forward to sharing these experiences with like-minded travelers.

There are two types of accomodation on this trip: BASE accomodation and EXTENDED accomdation. What's the difference? BASE ACCOMODATION. Think about like like your centralized place from which to explore other destinations. Instead of having to carry luggage from place to place (A big NO-NO in Japan), you have a couple of home base locations that you will always come back to. EXTENDED ACCOMDATION. Some excursions and destinations require an overnight due to the journey distance required (ie. Mt Fuji). Given not everyone is making the full 6 week trip, I will provide specific hotel recommendations, but it will be up to you to book the actual accomodation here depending on what part of the itinerary you are joining. Important: The train pass is not included in the cost. We will discuss together which one to get, depending on how long you stay in Japan, as there are several options available. Do you have a question? Ask in the Q&A! I'm happy to hop on a call with you after booking, to see if we get along and if this trip matches your expectations.
